Remember when we ran the knife around the edge of the pan after we took it out of the oven. That also really helps with getting the cheesecake out of the pan before you're ready to serve. Now sometimes cannon I just don't feel like taking it out. So I'll just take the outside ring and leave it on the bottom of the removable bottom pan and just serve it like that. But I'm going to show you how to get the whole cheese cake out and onto a serving platter. So you're going to need a knife, something sharp or you know a flat spatula.
I have something to heat. You can also use just a burner on your stove. If that's easier, just be very very careful with anything using heat. Please don't burn yourself and you're immune to parchment. So if you removed or unattached all the edges of the cheese cake The ring should pop right off and leave you with really nice sides like this. So mine came right out but I still have this bottom on here that I need to get off.
So I'm going to heat it because the butter and the Cross has set up and it's sticking to the pan. So close it over Don't worry your cheesecake is firm enough it can handle this. Okay, and then we can test It by lifting up a little bit with the edge of the paring knife on the edge of the pan, and this came right off and as you can see I had parchment in there as well. So then we'll just give this a nice flip back. Very carefully removed this parchment paper. There we go.
Cheese Cake is out of hand.
