Welcome to the roadmap to revenue course I am so excited that you are here. This welcome video will just lead you through exactly what you can expect. As a student of my course. I want to let you know how I recommend you go about taking the course and how best to be successful while you're coming through it. Before we jump into what's in all of the modules and the walkthrough of the platform, I want to start by saying you have come to the right place. If you are a founder of a business, if you are in charge of scaling sales, and you're new at it, if it's something that just doesn't feel like an area that you really fully have a grasp on yet if it's just not your background, maybe you just started this company to do something that you were passionate about and that you love and you're finding that you need to figure out how to sell it.
This is the right place for you. I want to make sure and we were pretty clear about this moving up to the course. But that to get the most value out of the course you are selling B to B, which means you were selling to other businesses, and that you're selling a high enough value high enough kind of ticket, item, or service in order to make this process really, really worthwhile for you. What you're going to learn in this welcome module is exactly how to navigate the course from start to finish. The power comes in completing the course and going through each of the modules and implementing the practices. Now, you don't have to be perfect at everything.
I don't want you to get hung up or stuck or find yourself in areas that feel uncomfortable or scary. I want you to keep moving through it. And that is really where mastery will come in. Also What you learn here isn't necessarily going to be exactly how you're going to end up doing it for yourself. This is all a foundation. I believe that everyone really needs to start at this point with this system that we're teaching.
And then you'll know enough to know what you can do to modify it, you've got to learn the rules before you can break them right. We're going to go through each module in detail so you can see what you're going to learn and what you can expect from each module. And I want to touch real quick for the VIPs on how you can get the most out of the VIP course if you are signed up for it. In Module One, this is sales foundations for defining your ideal customer, you will be learning how to build a sustainable, scalable, repeatable process that starts with a super strong foundation. Now this is one area that this course is so different from almost every other sales course. In fact, I'm going to just say I haven't seen one that teaches this at this level, yet.
When You complete this lessons, or the lessons within this module, you will know how to give your sales efforts the best possible foundation because you can clearly and specifically define your ideal target customer. And this is so incredibly powerful. You'll learn how to find them, how to communicate to them in a way that will be authentic for you, and also compelling for them. In Module Two, this is tactics, tools and techniques. You're going to learn the right tools and the right techniques that you will need to make your efforts the most streamlined, powerful and effective. You'll learn exactly what metrics for success you should pay attention to.
And by the end of the module, you'll know what you need to do to make each day week and month as productive and fruitful as possible. Sometimes when we have so much going on, and this isn't an area that is completely familiar to us, it's not our background. It's good to have a blueprint for the week. Module Three is creating prospecting list. After you've completed this module, you will know how to find the call contact information for the people and the companies you're looking to reach. And you'll be armed with fresh ideas for how to continue to evolve this process to work for you.
Module four is all about sales, emails, voicemails and calls. This is a really meaty one. After this module, you're going to know how to find the contact information for the people, and B, companies and prospects. You're going to be armed with all the ideas you need to continue to evolve the process. You're going to understand how to deploy your sales email sequences, you're going to understand how and when to use voicemails, or we call them voicemail drops, and you'll understand how to strategically use calls to help boost your prospecting efforts and move your prospects along through your funnel to the next step. module five is discovery calls.
Never again will you get on a call without knowing what you're going to talk about. You will learn a powerful framework to follow a lead With a discovery call that you can conduct with ease and confidence so you'll know exactly what to say, and what key questions you should ask a potential prospect during your call to prime them and move them forward. Within 30 minutes, you'll be able to properly vet and prepare a potential prospect to become an opportunity in your pipeline. module six is opportunity mapping basics. We are going to learn how to qualify that and analyze a true opportunity appropriately so you can save time and be more accurate. This will allow you to better assess what you need to get opportunities through to close and become customers.
This allows us to stop being reactive or unprepared for low sales months, you're going to have low sales months, but at least this time, you'll be prepared. You will learn how to assess your opportunity pipelines, you can predict your revenue for the future. And you'll know exactly when and how to step up or pull back your efforts to start The needs of your business. Module seven is pricing proposals and quotes. This module will help you gain an understanding around how and when to present pricing to customers. Create your own best practices around working with prospects on budget and pricing, and learn to feel more confident with presenting pricing and budgets.
I've included some bonuses, which are extra lessons that I believe will greatly enhance your learning. One of them I am so excited to teach it is about negotiation. I believe that every entrepreneur needs to know how to negotiate effectively. This bonus will teach you how to go into any type of negotiation with confidence, clarity and ease. You'll use the skills learned from this bonus for so many things. Not just sales prospecting, you'll learn how to strategize and approach and proceed through a negotiation in ways to create the best possible Win Win outcomes for everyone.

The private Facebook group is a great place for you to answer questions or ask questions answer questions if you know the answer. And get support from the community. I've preceded the community with a lot of people who have gone through this course who have learned the curriculum and who are masters in their own way to be able to hop in and answer questions, give you feedback, and give you support as you learn how to do this for yourself. This is a walkthrough of what the actual course looks like.

I recommend going through it module by module and not jumping around. As you can see here, once you complete this, this video within this module, hit next to move you along to the next piece of content that will help you track your progress and see where you are at. At a certain point as you go along through the content, the bonuses will be unlocked.
And those will be available for you.
