About the Class

This course provides the only evidence-based 2 steps easy strategy for self-massage that was developed, researched and has been taught successfully by Dr. Atkins for more than ten years to thousands of students. 

If you are like millions of others, tired of swollen knees, seeing a doctor after doctor, being overweight, unable to drive for long distances, getting no results from rehabilitation, unable to exercise, or doubly important, must live with the stress of suffering daily pain, or finally, tired of taking pain medication.
