Just gently and comfortably, pay attention to your breathing for a moment. Notice the air moving in and out of your body. And let's appreciate that as we take three deep breaths slowly and deeply, three big deep breaths slowly and deeply as you begin to release and let go and just allow and imagine a kind of gentle sensation that moves around the crown of your head so that as your normal natural rhythm of breathing occurs, with every breath, this sensation of comfort continues to move all around your body, around the crown, over the forehead and eyes, the mouth and jaw muscles, the facial muscles releasing and letting go each breath taking you deeper across the back of your head and down into the neck muscles, all releasing and letting go. each breath, taking you deeper in through the shoulders, the muscles in your arms relaxing, taking you deeper and deeper into comfort and serenity.

In fact, the deeper you go, the more comfortable you become. the more comfortable you become, the deeper you go. And just let all the thoughts even thinking float from one side of your mind to the other and out like watching clouds passing by in the sky. And just let your mind go to a clear space. As this comfort continues to move down from your arms to your hands and fingers, releasing and allowing this comfort To move through the chest in a warm nurturing way, down the back and lower back. Every breath continually taking you deeper.

Your solar plexus releasing in the belly follows this comfort moving down throughout the hips and around the thighs into the knees, down through the calf, the ankles, through the feet and out through the toes. Now one more nice, deep cleansing breath in as we go twice as comfortably as you were a moment before. Next I will count backwards from five down to zero and at zero you will reach total relaxation and comfort 54321 Nz Mind Body harmony in this state now starting to rejuvenate at a deeper level. As the body stabilizes and the mind remains clear, brand new healthy cells are created in this state. It's a state of receptivity that allows for more positive thoughts, ideas, and images that help to create change from moving forward. Now, you are feeling so relaxed and comfortable.

And I want you to imagine a door, a door leading to a place of your own, a place of serenity. Maybe in the forest, the beach, or cozy room, a place known or unknown. Your senses heightened as you began to walk through the store into your place. Take up a moment. To really soak up this relaxation in a moment, let's bring forth another image to be here with you today. This image stands for the wise and loving something that's something within that knows and knows you well.

Bringing to life the the wise and loving something that is always there for you something some presence someone do you have a sense that this image is wise to have a sense that this image is loving? reflect on how you feel in the presence of this image. Now began to me to communicate with this image. let it know that you feel safe around it and that You appreciate it? How does the wise and loving respond to this? Now, there may be something on your mind that you may have been dwelling on an issue or concern.

Let yourself present this question to your wise and loving How do they respond? How does that feel? When you hear this you might have something more you would like to know. You can ask now and again allow the wise and loving to respond back to you. Your loving and wise one truly appreciate you calling on them today. And now you can return the appreciation For having a wise and loving something that is always there for you to call upon, ask questions and receive answers.

In a moment, I will count up from zero to five, bringing you back to full awareness. For now, let's let all these images fade and as they to the strength and love stays with you. At zero, we reinforce the positives that came here today. We bring back these positives with a curious mind.
