Hi, my name is Andrea Lyles. I'm a seamstress and a designer, I own a company called counter collections. Being a seamstress is what led me into design, because I wanted to be able to get my own fabric printed with my own designs on it. And that requires surface patterns. Surface patterns may seem a little bit intimidating at first because there may be math involved. Things have to be precise in order to repeat properly.

But paint storm studio takes the guesswork out of it. That's why I highly recommend it for beginners.
