Welcome to the session introduction to lean to the end of this session, you will understand what is lean the main principles of lean culture and how and where we can apply lean methods. In this session we'll cover the basic concepts of lean, what is lean history of Lean principles of lean and lean application wastes in lean, lean culture and traditional management and scope of lean. Lean management refers to an end to end business process. It is a system for organizing and managing product development, manufacturing operations, services, suppliers, customer relations, and the overall enterprise. Lean is not only a methodology, it is If you are Sufi and a way of thinking, lean is used for improving processes. With lean, we have a process that we want to improve to make it more efficient and more efficient means faster and producing better results.

One of the biggest benefits of Lean management is that it improves the flow of the process and helps companies run their processes smoothly.
