Jose was a loner at work usually worked solo spent his time in his office and ate lunch alone. When he did leave his office, he typically did not interact with others. While he was very productive, he often felt lonely or disconnected from the rest of the office. his coworker Eva suggested he tried eating lunch in the break room, taking the time to say hello, we're just smiling more and she said that some of their co workers got the impression that Jose didn't like them or his job very much was he decided to follow her advice and found his co workers were very friendly. Some even had resources or ideas that would help his projects.
