Elizabeth power here with taking charge of change from the associative skill series, we're going to talk about change management, coping with change. If change is all there is choice is all you've got. Yeah, if change is all there is, choice is really all you've got. Doesn't matter if it's a breakup, divorce, relocation, death, job changes, getting laid off, abuse, neglect, assault, interpersonal violence, bullying, or even having a really great time with people you care about. It's all about change. Now, what is it changes any from and to why being unhappy, getting happy, being unhappy.
And finally being happy again, changes any movement from something to something else, and change feels awful. Unless you choose to change you're in charge. Have it you engineer how it will go. And it goes exactly as planned. That's probably not going to happen. In this chapter you're three things.
One, if change is all there is choices, all you have to change is anything from and two and three. Unless you are in charge of the change. It probably comes with bad feelings.
