Hi, everyone, and thanks for joining me. My name is Nancy Campbell and it is nutrition for breast cancer. So you're in the right place. If you're experienced experiencing breast cancer, you have experienced breast cancer, or you have a friend or relative who was going through breast cancer or is recovering. So in 2004, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and in 2009, I was given the all clear. Now during that time, my doctor wanted me to have chemotherapy and radiotherapy and take anti cancer drugs.
And after long and deep deliberation, I decided to not do any of that and go no further down the medical path except to have regular checkups with my doctor. And so I really deeply studied nutrition and lifestyle change. And I kept researching and discovering and changing my lifestyle and working and changing my diet. What I Ate I became very, very healthy and I am still really, really healthy today I keep researching and discovering new things about nutrition, specifically for recovering from breast cancer. So in this course, we're going to learn about the best things to wait while you're recovering from breast cancer, what to avoid, how to avoid them, and how to get yourself on a really good nutritional track for recovery. So as I said, my name is Nancy Campbell, welcome to my kitchen.
And thank you for joining me and we're going to learn lots together. So I'll see you on the inside of the course. Bye for now.
