There are alternatives and here are some of them. So if you are offering iced tea or an iced coffee, a smoothie, this is just a banana smoothie. So banana and almond milk and a little bit of honey.
So that's all it is and that is delicious, quick and easy to mixed up in the blender. And a really healthy choice is a green smoothie. So what this is, this one is celery, Kyle, an apple, lots of celery, lots of kale, and whole apple and that's already so healthy for you packed full of goodness Nuts, dried fruit nuts great to snack on if you want something a little bit sweeter and push it fruit, any sort of fruit you like. And berries, don't forget your bearings variances so good for you. And I like humans and you can use carrot sticks and celery sticks to to eat your hummus or have it on any sort of cracker rice cracker. Just look at the ingredients if you want to see what's in them.
And you can also put like avocado, tomato, all sorts of things. And I like to sprinkle on my promise. Grant humor, it's an anti inflammatory, so it's very good for you.
