Alright, so now that you have an all star profile, the next thing we need to focus on is creating connections. Okay? Now this is important. Lots of times you see people that have 500 plus connections, you know, so once it states 500, you're probably you're wrapping up, you're doing pretty good. Okay, so we want to get you to that point where you have 500 plus connections. One thing you can do is become a lion.

Now, people don't talk about this as much as compared to a couple years ago, but a lion is a LinkedIn, open networker. That means you're willing to connect with anybody. I think it's just a matter of preference wherever you are regarding your personal and professional career or just preferences, right. Some people are willing to accept anyone some people are very particular about only connecting with people that they meet, or having a very substantial quality based conversation. Okay, I'm going to default that to you. Now do say that this is why I go over privacy settings first because even if you do connect with someone, and you don't like the messages they send you or whatever their approaches what they post on their timeline, just don't follow them just unconnect Okay, it's not a big deal.
