Next we have our jobs section, which is will be the third tab. So we have our jobs, we can click on that. Or if you're still in the salary section, you click on View jobs. It will take you to the platform. Right? So we're going to do a job search.
Look, we've all done job searches before. So the same same principles apply. As kind of provide you with the list of jobs based off your profile, your skill, set degree, experience, everything that you enter on your profile, as well as if you apply to jobs before it will give you some options here. The same time you can always type in the type of job you're looking for based off of industry or title, and of course, the location. We discussed LinkedIn salary already. I do want to say this One thing I do like about LinkedIn jobs is it does a good job stating if your connections have worked with that company, whether it's past or present, okay?
So if you know someone, for example, I have one alum here. So if you know someone that has worked for an organization before, you may want to try to reach out to them, especially if you really know that person and see if you can get some feedback on the organization. They're able to assist you by reaching out to the recruiter or the hiring manager and moving your resume to the top. This is a good example of direct energy of two connections here and see, I know one of them one of the two very well, so it gives me an option to shoot them a message. Right. Ask for the referral.
I love it. So be mindful of that when you are looking for jobs. Now the process may be a little bit longer, but if you're able to generate better quality and possibly more quality, it will pan out in the long run. And this is it for the job section.
