Here's a question for you. Should you say no comment to a reporter, when you don't want to give out vital information? And what are the repercussions if you do, in my view saying no comment is a no no. If you say no comment to a reporter, they will immediately become suspicious and start digging for more information. Now, it may be that there's actually nothing sinister happening. But the fact that you said no comment to a question made the reporters ears prick up.
If the reporter asked you a question that you don't or can't answer. There are far more effective ways to respond.
