Okay, in this video, I basically wanted to show you how the clickfunnels editor works. And we just kind of play around with that with one of the templates, you can kind of get an idea of how that works. And, you know, if this is something you could see yourself doing as well, I would say that in terms of the editor, it's definitely one of the better ones out there. But it's certainly not my favorite either. I would say with most of these tools, you know, landing page creators, it is going to be something where you really just have to get used to their editor and kind of work around what they provide to you. So let's go with one of these.

I'm going to go with one of these generic opt in email, opt in templates, and we'll just kind of utilize that as something we want to edit. So I'm going to select this, it's going to create the page. And once it's created, we can now go in and actually edit it and make changes to it. So any of these pages, we will have to change. There's nothing that's going to be set up specifically for your business obviously. So let's go in and edit this So this is going to load their editor.

And we're now going to have the capability to kind of move around you can see everything is basically set up in various pieces. So you've got sections. So in this case, the kind of like light green is color coded for a section, you've also got navigation pieces. So like in this case, this came with a navigation. So it's just labeled as that even though it's really just a text box, you've got a column row. Here's a right sidebar row.

So you can see here, it's got a piece of sort of like this right sidebar area where you can have all these different mini text boxes. And then in the left side, there's basically just a response video. And then as it moves forward, everything you can see is pretty much clickable or editable. So it is pretty much more or less drag and drop. I don't even really want to say quite drag and drop, but you know, everything can be edited. So let's say that we wanted to edit this navigation.

We can click into this and it gives you the capability of adding Everything here in this pop up area that comes in. So link copy one, you know, maybe we call this home. Maybe the last one is like, contact us. So that gives you an example there. And then obviously you can put in a link, you can change things like margins, you could check how things look on a desktop or mobile, you can do it on all devices. So you have some capabilities there.

I will say that if you've ever used the tool unbounce, they used to have some problems where every time you'd edit something, it was like you had to go and edit it in the mobile version, it was just really kind of clunky. So this has a little bit better editor and I would say very comparable. And it just makes me feel very much like I'm still an unbalanced in some ways. Now you can also see there's a way to look at all the elements that exist on the page. But you also really have to go in and kind of manually look for stuff. This can make it a little bit easier.

But generally you're going to be finding that let's say you wanted to add some more stuff to this page. You'd have to go And basically add another section for it. So I'd have to hit this plus, I could add another block in this case, or if I wanted to maybe add a whole new section, I could do that. Then I could add a new row, I could say let's do, you know one column block, add that to the page. So now I've got my one column block. Now I can add a specific element.

And this is really where you're going to get the bulk of your content. You can add things like social shares a headline, you can add imagery buttons with a link, any sort of divider separator, you can add in like text blocks, which is going to be pretty common. You get some others like drop down menus form text areas, input forms, you've got pretty much everything you could possibly need. You can add in a timer for evergreen countdown, that's going to be good for sales pages a date countdown, you can add an evergreen countdown so that'll reset on its own progress bar survey, custom HTML video. You can even add in a video a lot. So they can lock stuff down based on a specific action.

So there's some really cool stuff you can do, you pretty much have everything you could need. So let's do, let's add like a pricing table. So we add that. And now we basically can go in and edit the components of this. And you'll see, you'll get this little mini editor so you can Bold Italic, Underline, center, or, you know, left or right alignment with links. So you now kind of get like this basic little Price column.

And if I had multiple columns, let's say add another section, a new row, maybe I wanted to have a three tiered pricing chart, I could add in different elements for that and just do the exact same thing. So I can basically come in here, and very quickly, if you kind of highlight over this and hover you'll get the ability to duplicate so you could basically Now drag and drop and it does give you pretty much good drag and drop editing capability. But everything you know, it takes a little bit of time to really get used to it. So you can kind of see how I can build this out. You know, maybe I move this one down here. So you can be a little finicky on me like now I'm having a little bit of trouble there we go, say, well, we get that to come in, maybe delete that blocks.

And I've got like a three tier pricing table. And of course, anything I want to edit, you know, I can come in here, and you've got the option of changing the image. So maybe we want to use an existing image, you can have a directory of images you've previously used, you can basically change all the different things you need on the page as well. So let's say we wanted to change some stuff like the domain or the meta tags for SEO, the page title, all that good stuff, you can come in here and do that. You can set up tracking codes for things like Google Analytics, or Facebook pixels. If you're running ads, you've got all the basic options that you ultimately need to really get this going.

You can even add in digital assets. So if you add in, I'm guessing this is actually from another section. I haven't played around with that. But I think you can add in like code, maybe like an E book or something that they could download from inside the directory. As you kind of go through things you obviously want To save, and more or less, you know, everything's gonna be done through these rows or columns. And as you add things in, you just want to, you know, ultimately edit from there and add in the elements you need.

You also have the capability to add in an autoresponder. So you can come in here and add in like, any sort of integration through some of these major platforms like ConvertKit API, that's the email system that I currently use. So you can integrate that right into clickfunnels and have a signup bar, send those right to your ConvertKit subscribers, you could set up like a go to webinar or even MailChimp as well. And if of course, you're using another email service provider, you could just use pure HTML code and get get it set up with pretty much any provider using that so I've got some options there. I mean, more or less I would say the editor is more for me something I feel like I have to get used to. I do comparatively feel like I like the thrive content, thrive content builder editor a little bit more.

That one's just you know, The Thrive Themes one, I do like that one a little bit more than this one. But I would say, comparing this to say like LeadPages or unbounce, I do actually prefer the clickfunnels editor. And ultimately, you can, you know, do everything you could possibly need. It's more just kind of getting a feel for how everything works and the look and feel of everything. I'm also a little bit more of a fan of some of the templates that come in the thrive content builder, but you do have some really great stuff that you can do with Click Funnels in terms of just having a little bit more done for you stuff setup, especially with like the membership section and some of the other stuff there that you can, you can set up if you're really just looking for a quick and simple easy setup for something like that.

So hopefully this has given you kind of an idea of what the template builders like how that works. I'll leave a link below this video you can go and check out there is again a 14 day trial of clickfunnels. So if you want to start playing around with this yourself, you can do that and you can make the decision if this is something you want to use in your business.
