Welcome to the course and thanks for taking the course. You're gonna learn the basics of portraiture, although it says this is a self. Of course, once you've taken this course, not only will you be able to take your own portraits, but you'll also know how to take portraits of those around your family members of friends. So you're going to get a lot more out of this course than you might first think. Now, what I'm going to encourage you to do is go through the course, take your pictures, edit the ones you really love, and share them in the project area. I really want to see you and how you've learned from this course on what you've managed to produce.
So make sure you post that project. And if at any time, you've got questions, please don't hesitate to ask I am here to help. I'm a commercial photographer. I've been a commercial photographer for over six years. So this is what I'm bringing into this course. So if you need a little bit of help, we're not quite clear, do take the time just to ping me a question.
And of course, if you enjoy this course and you get to the end of it and you feel like you've learned something of value, then please do take the time to leave a review. And I would just encourage you to watch the course through first and then leave a genuine review. I'd love to see what you think of the course. So with that all being said, let's move through into the main part of the course.
