Now I want to look at this series of the lady with the tomatoes. It's sleek those, again, it's a big series is only one horizontal frame up there. But that's okay, I wanted to include the reader umbrella. So flip the camera vertically and that's not a great shot there. But you can see that I shot from a few different angles first out on the street from the side, we can see that I didn't like the background then I shot from just wireless past and that's okay. But I wanted to read umbrellas.
So I came around inside the shop back out onto the line. So quite strong backlighting, it was a bit of a risk. But I quite liked it. And she was quite happy to be photographed the other people around were joking with her about telling you to smile. And that's quite common down at the markets when we're down there. So now let's go through and see What are the best ones for excellent background, none of those really any good ones, okay.
They're not fabulous. And so just here taking a careful look and comparing the different styles of images, I've got the now let's come on down and pick five of those, hit the end key and start to take a closer look at the ones that are going to work and the ones that are not going to work. So again, just using the X key to reject out the ones who reject and the ones that are don't want to keep. That one's not so good. Again, that one's not so good. This one, the action was quite nice for the reaching out.
And tomatoes in both hands. Keeping that one selected Along with four others to compare and the industry game taking out the ones was the distracting backgrounds or wishes are looking so good there in the background still distracting. Kind of like the guy with the red shirt there but didn't really work. So expression there is not wonderful. So let's keep that one pick another four compare six the last six take one straightaway sounds easy another one straightaway because it's my good facial expression is not fabulous. That one the even though like the guy on the read, it's not as good as the other one go on the read still here.
And the scar with the cat on the backgrounds not as distracting. So I think that is the choice square foot. Yep, she's so might not look so sharp on the video actually, because the resolution was not as good as I would have liked it to be during the screen capture. But now let's go and drag the top of us down the crop up, down. I don't like that very bright color there. And I think if I pull it down a little bit Cropper tester, but then that nice Crimson shape of the umbrella at the top, the all in behind and that little patch there is pretty bright.
But we're going to have a look at how we can adjust and change the tone of those areas. And the stack area. There's enough detail on there. It's pretty blown out up there, but there's some detail on there. And we'll see in a later lesson how we can make adjustments to that. So there's a couple of images, select what we've got five of them here.
Tag that one out of smoke good. It didn't work this one, also not so good. And the first one I shot not so good. And then this one was a locking app. And actually a person behind me was talking to it as the best one. So, looking back at the series of images again, there was a whole lot there that I shot was on the space of just a few minutes.
And it just all boils down to picking that one. That was definitely the strongest have to compare it comparing and eliminating the other ones where the action ones are good, or where the background was distracting. It takes some practice that keep at it, you'll become quicker and you'll become more confident as you practice this technique of counting your images down and choosing the best ones.
