So now we've come to review time, we've come to the pro pet review. And this is the review that Stephen has developed. Now we can analyze our success, we can review the stages at the end of the project. What we're going to do is create a mind map. And then we could create a report from the mind map. And let's have a look at the example Mind Map and how that would help us go through the pro pick of you.
So the question is we're going to ask ourself is to what degree did we achieve the goals of the project? What percentage did we achieve have a SMART goal? And then we've got two streams of inquiry that are going to come out of that. What did we learn? As we go down, we can see what processes did we change? What new skills did people learn through the project?
What behaviors code changes did we see now? Although this isn't a course on culture change, whenever we change processes, it impacts culture. So we have to make sure that it's been a positive change for people, and they're enjoying it if the boss is doing it, but he's incredibly grumpy now, because he's having to take on this additional burden, which he agreed to at the beginning, then we need to maybe revisit and look at that. The other thing we want to ask ourselves now is what do we still need to do? What needs to finish in? How will we sustain the changes?
Is there any more reason why. So we would review the cycle. So at the end of it, what we've got is 200% more signups. And that's actually equated we've noticed over time, that the actual business inquiries has gone up by 70%. So is there any more reason why, well, let's increase that to 400. We originally wanted 500% increase, we achieved the 200%.
It's obviously very good. theoretical and not equal to 70%. More inquiries. So now we might go back and look at the project again. And the boss now realizes that this has been so profitable, they might bring that marketing manager in and re adjust the Smart Girls, because now they know that there's actually value to the business. So it's very important that at the end of the project, we go through an appropriate review.
