What will you learn in this course?
There is a new master spinal clinician in your town and that master clinician is you. This school was designed to give you the knowledge and skills to create a healthy and strong core utilizing my 30+ years of research, development, and successful implementation. Ultimately it is only you that can control, maintain, and improve your spinal health and this program will give you the only system that teaches you to strengthen your true core and at the same time improve the health of your spine. We have helped thousands of clients in multiple countries and now we have made this program available to everyone.
The most important component of spinal health has been forgotten and replaced with aggressive strengthening routines that do not promote healthy spinal movement. We utilize this forgotten principle and that is why we are so successful.
The Total Spinal Fitness Core Strengthening System was designed decades ago by Brian McKeever a Physical Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, and athletic trainer. This system is currently being utilized by Physical Therapist, and Athletic Trainers across the country and has already helped thousands of clients optimize their spinal health, decrease their back pain, and return to the activities they love.
Brian developed the Total Spinal Fitness Core Strengthening System based on his own clinical research, clinically established protocols, and decades of successful clinical application. Brian has traveled the country teaching his evidence-based treatment protocols to MDs, DCs, PTs, and other healthcare professionals, and has successfully implemented his strategies with Fortune 500 companies including the Intel Corporation. Brian has been a guest speaker at statewide Physical Therapy Association Conferences and was chosen to provide physical therapy services at one of golf’s most prestigious events, the 2014 US Open at Pinehurst. The Total Spinal Fitness Core Strengthening System has been adopted by Physical Therapists and Chiropractors across the country. The Total Spinal Fitness System is also currently in use in the training room of one of the national collegiate powerhouses, the Texas Longhorns at the University of Texas in Austin. These simple movements are designed to gently restore and normalize the movements of the segments of the lower back as well as restore the natural synergy of movement between the lower back, the pelvis, and the hips. These movements have proven results in thousands of patients with back pain and dysfunction because they get to the core cause of back pain and dysfunction and even better, they help to restore the health of the discs, joints, and muscles of the spine leading to long-term spinal health.
