Learning a foreign language requires patience, time, and the genuine building of relationships. Everyone is equally valuable, and games are a great way to draw everyone together.
If you have a quiet or introverted player, it is important to draw them out by matching their personality when dealing with them one-on-one. Ask others to be respectful and give them time to answer. I promise you, even the quietest players don't like silence or the focus to be on them and will eventually start coming out of their shells. The goal is to integrate all these personalities into the games. Not all games have to be physical; some can include cards, drawings, etc.
Flexibility is key. We provide you with ideas, but ultimately, the Coach decides what games they feel best fit their group. It's fun to research, and coach and referee meetings are a great place to get ideas from fellow leaders. The program was created to help develop everyone's skills and make new friends.
