Coaches and Referees

Each should come prepared, knowing the lesson's content, game plan, and responsibilities. Coaches are the leaders, and Referees are the support. Referees can step in and fill the shoes of a Coach at a moment's notice. Both should set up the games and work as a team. The title Coach makes it easier for players to know who is the lead. Referees wear the Assistant Coach's hat and monitor behavior, so everyone has a good time. Referees help redirect players or lend extra support to those players who need help understanding or following the rules. Coaches and Referees are equals, like two parents working as partners supporting the growth of the players.
