So in the last video, we talked about apps, and you can see that I've installed the video live chat app to our store. For this video, I want to focus on talking about alternate sales channels. You'll see right now that the only sales channel that we have is our online store, which looks like this is our store. There's our to do live chat app. But there's an opportunity to add on other sales channels as well. If I click on this plus button, you'll see that these are other sales channels that you can add to your Shopify admin area.

So for instance, if you had a Facebook business page, you could add that in here. Or if you had an Amazon seller account, you could add that in here as well. or eBay, ads for Instagram, BuzzFeed, kik, whatever suits your business In the next video, we'll do a sum up of everything that we've learned throughout this series.
