The common answers that most of us would have are I want to learn something new. I have heard about six sigma, but I don't know what it is. Everyone is going for a six sigma certification these days. It has become a norm in all organizations. I do want to get certified. I want to get a new job.
I know Six Sigma will help me. I want to get promoted. I know Six Sigma will help me stay ahead of the race. I want to change my industry. This is so true. Let me share the positive impact that Six Sigma certification will have on your career.
Six Sigma certification adds immense value to your assuming it makes your resume lucrative for your employers. If you're looking for a job, you minimize, or in some cases, eliminate the competition, because you are a six sigma certified professional. If you're looking for a promotion, Six Sigma certification will help you get highlighted. A Six Sigma certification gives you the professional visibility right from the grassroot level of the organization to the top management level. It puts you on the track of fast paced growth. Leaving job portals stated 53% of the individuals who are six sigma certified, either get promoted or get a new high paying job within six months of their certification.
Many years ago, if you were just a graduate, you would easily get a good job. The train as time progressed degrees such as MBA, engineering, or post graduation became a norm for getting In a good, stable job. Now the time has changed again, you are required to have certifications to ensure that you not only get a good job but also progress rapidly in your career. The competition is so fierce that there is a constant need to upgrade ourselves because Six Sigma certification gets you on the right path.
