Hi, welcome. Today's mini practice is bountiful. So finding a comfortable place floor. And if you feel like you can't get to the floor, feel free to do this in bed. Clean up against the headboard of your bed before any comfortable position that you may have find as appropriate. If you need to sit on something, you're more than welcome to as well.

Join the bottoms of the feet together. Just relax releases the phone. And as we rapidly Persephone, just noticing where any tightness and restriction may lie, a big part of yoga is feeling in our body. Now, this is a very simple posture. Someone even called us a simple posture in yoga. But don't ever underestimate underestimate the simplicity of something to not be powerful.

If you notice any sensation in the knees, gently slide your heels more forward to alleviate some of that tension. From the hips, sitting tall around the underside of your ankle and shin and as you draw your knees down, draw the crown of your head, not your chest, the crown of your head. inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose. Close your eyes and just be patient with the space that you're cultivating. focusing more on being than doing and now slowly begin to tip forward, moving from the hip hinge as you gently bring your body forward towards the floor. Try not to overly focus on the map but rather slide your shoulders back and gently cross the elbows towards the thighs or reach the arms forward keeping That extension to the spine as you gently move forward.
