IF: Intermittent Fasting - is an effective method for accomplishing all of these goals.
This course provides you with everything you need to get started with intermittent fasting. The course has six sections that are designed to be completed one per week. However, you can complete them as quickly or slowly as you'd like. I do recommend that you complete the sections in order. Each section has an accompanying video (from 10 to 30 minutes in length) and handouts.
