Take the forward wrap tool now slightly push the muscles up. There we go. It's certainly a lot easier than spending months working out at the gym isn't it? The sad part is that this isn't dominant and it's not going to work on you, but it will to wonderfully on this picture. Okay, so we've done the left side. We're pretty well finished with the right side.
He's looking very much more buffed now is he not? shame about that hat though. Oh, well. Okay. Once you're happy, click OK. And that's as easy as it gets. the before and the after.
