Now, the first thing we want to do is hold and grab your layout to duplicate it. Go to the pen tool. Now as you can see, we need to move the pen tool and start selecting around the edge.

This is what ultimately will get rid of that nasty background and leave you with just the image of the gentleman it's a little like marching ants is it not All right. Almost done. Now close the selection. And soon we'll see the magic done. Right click and make selection. After you click Make Selection, you want to click OK. Now, take a look at what is going to happen.

Select inverse. Now hit the delete key on your keyboard and presto change O you have the after picture. Thanks for watching.
