You guys, the priority here talks about the actions, the strategies, the modulations, the use of the tools, with the teachers and the tape in the classroom, and how they are referring to the engaged culture of learning as a priority. I as a teacher would reflect on ground to connect, the first mechanism has to be to connect with them with the dose of learning. And of course, this has to be a continuous process of participation among the students. How the teachers are participating, isn't that the asking of the questions, or it is just a one paragraph explanation I've had in order to equip that learned culture. The climate of learning has to be encapsulated with commitment, with pride, with interface and of course with the march of learning gap sealing. The difference has to be on ground with the fourth industrial revolution as a priority at the very time.
The future belongs to our developing students, as a matter of fact, and we as teachers need to be migrated from our own ways and the ways we cannot teach the way we were taught as a spectrum of new ways of learning, we need to model ourselves as a learner of the New Age before we tend to teach in the New Age. So the priority depends on making learning a priority with a sense of engaged mechanism in the classroom. And as a teacher, I should be knowing the first name of the children, all the children in the classroom, as a teacher, I need to be fragmented. I need to be engaged with how connected I am. How well connected I am is a priority here.
