Welcome back. This is a bonus video. I wasn't planning on doing this, but I really really want to make a difference in your life. So this video is designed to act as a personalized coaching session with you. I'm going to walk you through grocery stores showing you how to battle your anxiety with calm and love. At first, this may seem rather difficult, and my recommendation is to wait until you get a good grasp on the fundamentals and the routines before attempting to do this successfully.
But I have had overnight success stories you might do well if you decide to go straight to the store after you watch this, I can't control what you do. Here's how it's gonna go before you even leave the house. Take some time to feed into your ideal self calm, happy loving and present. Feel a state of peace. When you grab your keys. It is time to get excited and monitor the quality of your thoughts.
In fact, don't sit back and wait for them to come to you. instead choose positive thoughts. I'm going to have a good A time, this will be a great trip, but then dive deeper and peel back that onion. Having a nice trip to the store will make me look out for sales. I won't forget anything. I'll make a yummy dinner later, which will be fantastic.
Feel it on the drive, lots of conscious belly breaths, lots of positivity, but really feel the car, feel the steering wheel, be present with your surroundings and look for the good. You see where I'm going with this. What can you actually control your thoughts and thus your emotional state now you're pulling into the parking lot, pick any spot it doesn't matter. Be happy found a spot now grab the cart. Take a moment to feel the cart with your hands. What is this material?
And how does this cart move? breathing deeply and slowly keeping your thoughts slow as well take in your surroundings. As you enter the store seek out something new. Is that a new pyramid of soda? Is that a sale on dogfood go through, there is no rush you are in no hurry, taken the variety the abundance of food around you smile as people walk by. This is actually very important.
You see, we have this primal instinct to fear strangers. When you exchange a smile with someone your brain rewards you so attempt to do this everywhere. I want you to pretend like you are the happiest shopper in the entire world. This one tip can change your entire life. So try it please. Now the moment of truth, the checkout, listen to me clearly you are in no hurry.
Take your time. Nobody is going to die. If you go slowly. Make eye contact and smile with the cashier Be gracious, remembering that you might make someone's entire day just by smiling. Now it is all over. But you want to walk out slowly, still being present and mindful.
Still breathing nice and slow and deeply, still smiling. When you get to the car, however hard this was you must be kind to yourself. act like you're your own grandparent and shower yourself with love and approval. Remember, you want to wire for the experience that you wish to have. You've got this, but until next time, don't take life so seriously.
