Hello everyone, Rebecca scale Welcome to class number three of the course empower yourself today and make your life a heaven. So here we are in class number three, we've done two powers so far, the power of your creative visioning and the power of letting go. My hope is you've been practicing, you have been reviewing the material or you've been doing it on your own however that works for you. Because today we're going to go into a new power. The next power that I want to introduce to you and let's take a look at the book for a moment. compassion, the power of compassion.
This book is all about compassion. It's all about learning how to really love yourself, accept yourself, forgive yourself, and help self compassion when I teach the wisdom school Teaching self compassion is a game changer for a lot of people. And so I just want to say that in this book, there's lots of stories of people that began to realize they didn't need fixing they needed loving, and how they learn to open their heart to themselves. So I don't know how you are in the reading of the book. You could be skipping around, you could be reading it from cover to cover, whatever works for you is fine. But I just want to say in part three, where it talks about liberation, opening the heart is a big chapter on beginning to open your heart to yourself.
Now, in the this course, I'm not teaching all of the self mastery tools that I usually teach in the wisdom school because this is a shorter course it's a taste. The Wisdom school is a much more robust experience. But I just want to say that compassion to me is all of that. When we really know how to be compassionate with ourselves, we do know how to accept ourselves, love ourselves, have compassion for ourselves, which we're going to experience. Okay? Just a minute and forgive ourselves.
Okay, so before we began, I hope you've quieted your environment. Again, set some time aside for this. I don't know how long these recordings are, but I'm sure they're about 30 to 45 minutes or something like that. So set the time aside, so you can begin to experience what we are bringing forward here what you are bringing forward here what you are opening up to in this course. So let's begin to take a look at a few images. Just as a reminder, here is the image empower yourself today.
Make your life a heaven. And let's talk about centering in light, I put the image up again in class number three, just in case you would like to look at it again, now that you've been maybe practicing the power of centering in the light, it actually is one of your powers. Take a little water here. centering in the light. Once again, we had the column of light coming down through the physical form into the center of the earth. Last time we breathe the light out around our body.
And notice I've reached my hands out if you take your hands and you reach them out in both directions around you, that's about as big as your aura is above your head below your feet around your body 360 degrees. So when I say we're breathing the light out, we're actually filling all of the space around with that light. Okay, and today we're going to add a little bit more okay. So let's get ready to center in the light. Again, if it's convenient for you go ahead and close your eyes, begin to focus on the breath. quieting the mind, relaxing the body.
Turning inwardly letting the world go. Focusing on now establishing that center column of light again from source all the way down through the physical body to the center of the earth. This take your time, breathing that light down, visualizing it, intending it experienced In whatever works for you. There's some subtle shifts that happen in your body as you do that just allow that to take place. And then let's bring the light out around our physical body and like we did in class number two, you're expanding it out using the breath. Sometimes once you practice this, it can become instantaneously but right now we're just doing it gradually.
Remember, the light goes all the way around you above your head below your feet. And then see if you can visualize yourself or experience yourself sitting in a bubble. Online So today since we are going to be focusing on compassion, let's focus on the heart as well. The heart center right in the middle of the chest, commonly called the heart chakra. Maybe Place your hands there for a moment. Like the warmth of your hand touch into that energetic opening.
That's what chakra means. So remembering we've got a center column of light we've got we've surrounded our body with light. Now we're going to open our heart. So just check in with your heart and ask yourself, how's my heart doing? And just listen. However Your heart is let it be just the way it is.
And now we're going to experience opening our heart. Just a little Bit to ourselves. So however your heart is right now if it feels closed, if it feels open, it feels tight, tight tight, or if it feels kind of kind of open. Just see if you can open it just a little more Do you trust just a little more. Using the breath once again, you can imagine it you can see it, you can sense it to see if you can open like a flower bud that opens just a bit. See if you can open your heart just a bit to you.
And what is the experience of that for you when you do that? And if it wants to close again, that's okay. Once again, just a follow up just a little bit Michael Flower by opening and then once again if it wants to close again, that's okay. Is this experience of opening and closing the heart opening and closing the heart? Good. Okay, and when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
Alright, hopefully you're feeling more present. Here we go. Remembering that this empower yourself today course will create an inner experience of wholeness give you tools to clear habitual shame, blame and limiting beliefs and judgments, last classes power letting go is one of those tools introduce you to your true self, the part of you that knows what But you truly want expand your experience of what is possible in your life and reveal personal powers that if applied can assist you to co create your life as a heaven. Alright, so classes today is class number three here is going to be another tool for you. compassion. So like I said, compassion is one of the six self mastery tools that I teach in wisdom school.
It also includes acceptance and forgiveness. But that's a whole nother level of compassion. Today we are going I'm going to lead you in a visualization that I teach in the wisdom wisdom school, to give you an experience of self compassion, hopefully. And this, like I said, has been a game changer for many people when I have worked with them and they've taken the wisdom school that to learn how to love yourself. have compassion for yourself, you know, because we are not taught this we are not this is not role model to us. I have run into very few people who this was role model to when they were little growing up in their family and I have worked with probably thousands of people by now.
We are not shown compassion, we are not demonstrated that instead, we usually grow up with some kind of judgment, shame, blame punitive, punishment, rejection, whatever, when we are in a state of disturbance. When we have feelings when we have thoughts that we've had been told to put away that it's not okay it's not appropriate. In this family, we don't show this in my family is really big not to show anger. I was always sent to my room. If I showed any kind of anger, rejected, not loved And this kind of experience that we had this response that we have to certain feelings or thoughts or ways in which we need to express ourselves when it's met with some kind of rejection or abandonment, punishment, whatever, we internalize this. So when we had that feeling or that thought or whatever, we immediately shut it down.
We don't have compassion for ourselves. We don't know how to listen and be with whatever is going on. And this is a big key to living your life is a heaven. Heaven is a fullness of the abundance of who you are has a lot to do with you experiencing you 100% completely in the abundance of who you are, which means you cannot relegate some of your feelings or thoughts or experiences are expressions over here to Oh, no, no, no, that's not okay. We're only going to do this Cuz this is the way I get love. This is the way I get accepted, this is the way I fit in.
Now we must know all of it, we must embrace all of it, all of it. And the way we learn how to do that is with self compassion, because most of us feel, oh, that's way too scary. You can't do that. I can't show that. I can't be that I can't express that. That's not okay.
So, today we're going to have an experience of your self compassion for you. Now, again, this may be the first time you have done anything like this. So that's okay. Remember to practice. We don't have to get it perfect the first time. That's why you're taking this course is to practice it and you are can practice it in all you're all by yourself in the safety of your home.
Wherever you live with yourself, and believe me, I cannot tell you how many hours I have worked in this area with myself over the years when I was first introduced to a way of being with myself that was loving, rather than judging or shaming or blaming. So practice, big time. That's what the course is about so you can become empowered around this. Alright, so going back to sharing my screen here. We're going to do our process. This is called creating your compassion place.
Look what I've created for you. I've got a movie screen. So in case this is helpful for you to visualize the movie screen have put one up here as an image for us now, your compassion place in a moment You are going to be mocking up much like you did when we were doing the first process in class number one around Heaven, your compassion place. And, again, this is a exercise, it's a process. I just encourage you just to go with it, to experience it, whatever you experiences just fine, you will have the recording, you can go back and do it again and again and again if you need to. Once you get really good at this kind of experiential process, you'll be able to mark it up for yourself.
Please Me, and and won't probably want to do it quite a bit. I hope you will. That's going to be your class practice assignment. Okay, so here we go. I'm going to take down, let's just leave the visual of the screen up there just so you know where we are in this process. So here we go.
Once again, I'd like you to close your eyes and establish that center column of light. Remember the light, you'd like to place the light around you. Go ahead and do that now. And once again, I'd like you to see yourself sitting in this movie theater. Such a nice movie theater, big, plush seats, it's clean, soft lighting, you're the only one in there sitting right in the center. Right in the center of the movie theater, a great place to view the screen from now there's going to be someone joining you in this process and that is going to be a master spiritual consciousness.
So right now over your right shoulder, your To see enter the movie theater down the aisle, walk in a master spiritual consciousness. This can be anyone. Any being that you can imagine, are calling in. Just trust, what you see who you see as they walk down the aisle and come and sit next to you on your row to your right. And when they're seated to your right, I want you to turn and I want you to look into their eyes. And what you're going to see there is you're going to see the most unbelievable unconditional loving, coming from their eyes radiating to you is going to be complete acceptance.
And loving. You're going to feel it all through your body. You're going to marvel at the unconditional loving maybe it's the first time you've ever experienced in this being loves you 100% no judgement. Just loving. When you've allowed yourself to receive that I want you to again turn toward the screen. And what's going to happen now is the lights are going to come down and on the screen is going to appear a compassion place, you and your master spiritual consciousness are going to create it together.
This place is going to be a place where only compassion is expressed and witnessed, no matter what is being expressed by another part. So as it starts to appear on the screen, I want you to take a look what appears a beautiful, exquisite, precious place. compassion. And this place is so beautiful and so welcoming that you in the master spiritual consciousness stand up and you walk into this place and you're going to spend a moment or two exploring what is here, take a look. Look around. What are the smells, fragrances, sights, colors, sounds it can be any place that you wish your creativity is the only thing that creates this place.
Everything delight you everything, maybe there's a lot of wonder and magic. Maybe you feel very grounded here. Maybe you feel so joyful, you can't believe it. So happy. This place is your compassion place where only compassion is experienced. So a few more seconds to look around, touch the textures, whatever's here, wherever you are beach mountain Woods clouds wherever you are.
Good. And now I want you to create two chairs. can be any kind of chairs you want. Again, you create them the way that would delight you. You sit down in one into your rights, it's the master spiritual consciousness. And again, I want you to turn to the right.
And I want you to look into their eyes once again. And once again I want you to connect to that loving that is present 100% unconditional loving preview. I want you to receive it. Open your heart to receive it this being this master spiritual consciousness knows you, loves you unconditionally. brings you great compassion for who you are for anything that you've experienced in your life. All of it is loved.
Just the way you are. Good. Now, I want you to turn back to your compassion place and in a moment, I'm going to ask you to allow a part of you to come into the compassion place that, let's say has never experienced compassion. Perhaps it's a part that feels a lot of shame. Perhaps it a part that blames itself for whatever. Perhaps it's a part that you've rejected or felt rejected by or someone else rejected.
Perhaps it's a part it's in a lot of fear and sadness. Perhaps it's a part that felt betrayed. Whatever it is, just now I want you to observe As this part comes in to the compassion place, this part may walk in and look like you. It may crawl in. It may not look like human at all. However it comes in, you observe with compassion, only you open your heart and observe what is this part saying?
What is it expressing? Is it sad is an angry? Is it fearful? Is it shy? Is it pissed off? Whatever you observe with eyes of compassion for this part and Make a note inside yourself of how this part is coming forward.
And what it is saying. And then you and the master spiritual consciousness, either invite the part over to you or you get up and go over to it and let it know, maybe in your silence, maybe through your eyes, maybe through a gentle touch if it wants to be touched, that you accept and have compassion for whatever this part is feeling, thinking expressing only compassion. And you in the master spiritual consciousness are just with this part. It doesn't need to change. It doesn't need to do anything differently. It may it may start to do something differently called down cry, shout, get really quiet it may allow you to hold it, it may not.
It may just want to be and look at you like wow I've never experienced this before. What is this? Maybe a bit confused how ever it's responding to you. You just told and compassion. If you'd like to pause the recording now and just be with this experience, please do that now. And then when this feels complete, maybe let the this part know that it can come back anytime you want.
Once maybe this part wants to go with you wherever you're going. So you say, Sure, come with me. Maybe you want to have a conversation. Maybe you want to tell it something in your heart. Maybe you want to ask for its forgiveness. Maybe you want to tell it how much you love it and you're really sorry, it's in so much pain.
Whatever is present, it's perfect. Just the way it is. When that feels complete for now, however you want to complete it, and again, you can pause the recording, to complete it for yourself. You in the master spiritual consciousness. Leave your compassion place knowing that you will be back. Find yourself in the theater.
The lights come up and you can open your eyes. So I really want you to pause the recording now at the time, take out your journal and write your experience, it's going to be very important that you keep a journal a documentation of what this is for you. After a while, this will become second nature to you if this is something that you want to do. The compassion place is a place where all parts of you that have not had a place to feel safe, to feel seen to feel heard, can come and be received with compassion. Like I said, this can be a game changer for many people. Perhaps it's a game changer for you.
The first time that you you've allowed yourself to really be with parts. Sometimes parts are frozen. So if you ran into a frozen part because it has been so long, locked away, abandoned, rejected, it's okay to you are going to be surprised at how these parts begin to soften. Again, they're not asked to but they do because in the experience of compassion self loving, which is your heaven parts began to morph very wonderful the way it happens. Okay. So I remember I said that in this course you would be introduced to some tools.
Letting Go is one of your tools. Compassion place is a tool. So, let's see where we are here. We'll leave our theater for now. Ah, class practice. Okay.
So my suggestion is you visualize your safe place your compassion place, daily, daily. And this actually goes along with key number five, in the keys to make your life and heaven create a safe place within. That's what a compassion place is. It's a safe place. There's nothing to be fearful of in compassion. You're 100% accepted.
So, number five. And what part of you need your compassion today, bring them into your compassion place. This is a practice that if you do daily, again, it doesn't have to take long, five minutes, probably would be plenty. You're going to begin to be astounded at parts that begin to come forward. That unfreeze that let go of fear. Talking about letting go this is a whole nother way of letting go is to bring them into compassion place because they feel safe.
And you begin to feel safe, safer with yourself with everything that's inside of you. I work with a lot of people many times who feel very unsafe with what's inside of them, their strong feelings, their deep sadness there. I've had so many people say to me, boy, if I started crying, I would never stop. Well, when you bring them into compassion place and they can express themselves. Yeah, things do shift, they do more. So this is the practice for Lesson number three compassion.
I hope you jot this down for yourself so you know what you're practicing. And if you need to pause the recording, go ahead. And then this, this is, remember our quote for this course whatever you can do or dream, you can begin it. boldness has genius, power, magic in it, begin it now. And I want to say that working these inner tools is all about boldness, and genius, and power. So, this is the end of class number three.
