Welcome to the FSMA Masterclass

This e-learning program is built-in easy to follow and easy to implement steps. All lessons contain several explanatory videos on the various aspects of FSMA. Each video is followed by all the relevant downloads and/or links that have been discussed in the video. This allows you to focus on the content of the video, rather than to write down all the hyperlinks. You will also be able to download a PowerPoint of the entire presentation at the end of each module. 

But next to delivering you all the knowledge (watching the videos) and the content (via the downloads and the hyperlinks) we also help you to implement all you have learned. To facilitate this, we have created an Excel file containing all the necessary steps that will help you come to the full implementation of FSMA in your organization. At the end of this first lesson, we will explain the use of this Excel file in detail and you will also be able to download it.

The overall FSMA Masterclass consists of 6 Modules with various lessons in each module:

1. Introduction, GFSI vs. FSMA, Planning and Stakeholder Management
2. Preventive Controls for Human Food and Animal Food and HACCP changes
3. Intentional Adulteration and Food Defense
4. Supplier Management, Foreign Supplier Verification Program, and the Voluntary Qualified Importers Program
5. Training for Food Defense and the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual
6. Produce Safety, Sprout Safety, and Enforcement by the FDA

The modules are structured in such a way that each module takes a specific area from FSMA and focuses on all the important changes most organizations will need to make. As part of the first module, you will get a clear grasp of which specific modules are relevant for your organization. The FSMA Masterclass covers all FSMA rules and is kept up to date by adding new material at the end of each relevant module when needed.
