This outline is intended to guide you to slowly absorb the lessons and integrate the teachings into your life for healing and health. This syllabus will explain how to effectively use both courses together. Remember, this isn’t something you just learn and change overnight. It is a process. It is a journey. I am not saying this is the same timeline for you, but it took me almost a year full time for emotional healing to really recover my physical health - which is amazing considering I struggled for longer than a decade. These courses are about integrating a healing way of managing stress and letting go of old stresses. It is a healthier and more relaxed way of living your life. So basically, having been through all that I have and if I were to go back in time and help me out, this is exactly what I would do - in a wiser, more effective and efficient way. Everything is going to be fine, even if it feels like everything is upside down, life is awful and there is no hope. Believe it or not, I was once very chronically and mentally ill. If you are still alive, you have hope. One step, one lesson, one day and one moment at a time. It is a journey for soul and body recovery. Your life will transform into health and inspiration. The focus on healing anxiety, stress, resentment, and anger will heal candida, leaky gut syndrome, and IBS. They are all related to each other. I will be emailing you the week and corresponding lessons to follow, learn, and apply. You will have access to more content as we go along. Individuals tend to do better when learning/unlearning is done in smaller sizes. It’s more important that you do what I am saying vs. just watching or reading. You must take action. It is the consistent action that will guarantee success.
