Welcome back to the map. This week's affirmation is expected and so we'll we'll use the posture guide to really embody what that means for our lives. Second is to a new frame so not quite to sprout for water systems. Turn both sets of feet or toes out to point away from the center line, level power so you're underneath you can relax from. Now on the next exhalation proceed into the ball and bend your knees. If you notice that your feet are too narrow, your knees are going to go over your toes so wide and our stride.

Safety first right now engaging the background of your body and sinking into your hips into the balls of the feet. So you're lifting your heels, ignite your center so keeping the core strong of strong arms into a practice position. Open your fingers, liberate your body. inhale through the nose. Exhale.

Inhale through the nose. Exhale presses the world repeat, exhale. Two more. Last one actually has the heart that we wake up to the legs, release the arms down gently, great work. We're going to come back into goddess once again. And we're going to use a verbal affirmation in today's polls, and we're going to be working with the word and working with the word no.

And so when we verbalize to the universe, that worship or presence, we're commanding the universe to say, Okay, this is what I want. I'm ready to receive it. We have to Learn to use our voice. And so that means we have to learn to utilize the contract. Yes. And thank God for that.

And we do that we accept what is, but we also reserve. We're ready to move forward into the future, whatever is waiting for us. And so gentlemen nice. First in the balls, ignites your lower body around yourself, feel secure and then draw the arms. Open your fingertips and we're going to work with affirmation your tension is pulling your arms general like you're doing your chin up, really bringing brain power into the arm, and then inhale releasing back up again. So here we go.

After working these things just to in life, are you ready to take? What are you ready to step into? that whatever it is, you're worth, if you have value, you can do it. And now we're going to come into practice. And we're going to use the affirmation No, no, it's not okay to be used as a doormat, so it's not okay to feel as though you're constantly below your work. No, it's not okay to continuously and only for the needs of others before yours.

And leave your cup full draft. Dropping down on overhead left that no sound come from the fellas. Here we go. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No Actually last time, feeling the present moment. And then actually, the sound in her arms come up over her head, actually, to hard work.
