Created by a qualified teacher, life coach, and writer, who was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue in 2001, this course is designed to put others with CFS on their own path to recovery. With a different focus each week, this course uses holistic practices and lifestyle changes that have been proven to help many people recover and lead a full and satisfying life.
Each session is meant to be viewed daily, and students will be guided through gentle procedures to increase body awareness, ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep, practice a balanced and healthy diet, begin low-intensity exercise and make any lifestyle changes to improve wellbeing.
Who should take this course?
This course is for anyone with a formal diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or M.E.), whether their symptoms are mild, moderate, or severe. Taking this course will help you to develop your own personal strategy for getting back on the path to health.
The only requirement is that the student has had a formal diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E.
