This course teaches and trains you in the fundamental practices for accessing a mentally healthy state of being. Fighting the mind, our thoughts, and begin to doubt ourselves for not being good enough is a really draining experience.

This course helps you with simple practices of 5 - 20 minutes. The practices relieve the symptoms mentioned above but also work pro-actively to prevent future scenarios to reoccur.
Who should take this course?
The entire course is made for you who are already experiencing these symptoms, and it is also very beneficial to prevent them from ever happening in the first place.
The training is the treatment, and these 5 - 20 minutes sessions are expected to be done on a daily basis. You will begin to experience shifts in your state of mind from the first day. The shifts will first be short term, and over time become daily long-lasting experiences.
The shifts will first transform your mental and physical wellbeing before they impact your self-esteem and relationships. Try a mix of passive and active exercises. Some are relaxing and done while lying down, other practices require full focus and include movement.
