Weldon for completing your long term goals. I know that this is quite an exercise for many people, including me, because it requires projection vision, it requires us to step out of our own life and dream. Yeah. And I love this feeling of being back to childhood and allowing myself to be empowered to think of my future and design it. So I hope that you enjoyed it too. Now that you've done this, you know clearly where you're going long term.
So the rest of the life compass is going to look much more at how you manage your life on a regular basis, much more on a short term basis. And the first section to do that is really, really powerful. It is something I invented because I wanted to be as effective as possible in my goal tracking, and I realized that there's some goals that I want to keep doing, month after month. month after month, things like going to the gym or studying my new language or meditating or eating healthy or going Early to bed three times a week and calling my parents once a month. So I realized quickly that I had some specific goals that would not change year on year or month on month. So I created this specific section which I call the monthly scorecard.
But it's really more your regular goals because it is monthly, weekly or yearly depends on you so you can categorize it based on your needs. But use this section to fill in as many activities as possible that you perform on a regular basis. The power of this view is that it will give you a clear feedback on how you're tracking month after month. This way, you can say for example, well over the last three months. I've been Tracking pretty well on working out, I've been going to the gym regularly and I was green throughout. But when it comes to nutrition and you know, reducing the amount of chocolate that I was eating per week, I realized that went from yellow in the last month to read this month.
So it will give you a clear indication as to what you want to focus on, because you're getting off track. So it's really this compass getting into place here is the compass part of the life compass. Really, really powerful. Because you don't have to repeat those goals. You don't have to write them down each month. What once it's done, all you have to do is assess yourself on how you're doing for the past month.
Really, really powerful. I'll show you examples of how it looks like after a while and I will also give you some ideas of what I use it for. Enjoy
