Welcome to Video number two. In the best bodies leveling workshop. This video is all about sports supplementation, and it's a video we've been waiting to put together for you guys for a very long time. This is the right platform to share with you. This is exactly what goes on behind the scenes of the manufacturing process. It's behind the scenes of retail.
So when you go into the store, what are the conversations behind the counter? What are the conversations the brands are having with the stores? One of the margins in the stores? What's the motivation that you're getting sold this product as opposed to this product? What's the difference? And why do they all look so tick?
What is the difference between all these different brands? And are they really working? questions we're going to answer and you're going to be shocked at the results you're gonna be shocked at the knowledge you're going to carry away from this video. Stay glued to your chair because we're going to reveal secrets. We're going to reveal things that About the sports nutrition industry that have not been revealed in this way before, very passionate about it. The other key thing, of course, more free content stuff you can use straight away.
We've designed a supplement guide that gives you a generic and objective look at the materials, no brand alignment, all just generic. It's all knowledge about the components you should be looking for. When you're buying your bcaas, your protein powders, what are they for, but also, what are the key components you should be looking for. So the goal of this video is to give you the supplement guide. So you can have that on your phone, you're walking into a store with some advanced knowledge, and you can start maximizing your dollar spend the performance of the product safety, and also, the fact that you're going to be getting something that works in general, at the end of the day is your results that matter. It's your body that matters.
You must be putting in the best possible products every single time. So this next section we're going to talk about I'm gonna share with you something I'm really looking forward to doing so this is about your experience in the space. from both sides so I'm going to roleplay a little bit, just bear with me because I really want to give you the insight and the conversations that are going to be had behind the scenes and also what the questions you're going to be asking as well when you go into store. So for example, you might be going to store looking for a low carb low fat protein powder, you might be going in there looking for a WP I protein powder, we get a little bit more knowledge you won't be going in there asking for a fast release powder, you know something that absorbs very quickly and they're all low carb low fat and you want a high protein and you want a good quality product, okay because you automatically want a good quality product because as human beings we want to spend our money on good quality products right.
So we are assuming as a customer, that all the products in there are good quality. first mistake, they are not all good quality, trust me and there are actually very few products in that store, particularly the protein powders. Very few if not only one or two that actually work compared to 50 brains in there that don't work. This is a conversation that you're having with the store manager. You walk in and you ask, what's the latest? What's a really good product?
These are the things I'm looking for high protein, low fat, low carb. The store manager says, Hey, you know what, I've got something just right. This is just coming. This is for you. They grab that one and put it on the counter for you. And they talk about all the positive benefits of it.
All the things you've heard before, but the labels new looks great. Anyway, it's low carb, it's low fat, Thai protein, and he sells it to you, you make a purchase, it might cost you 80 bucks. 100 bucks, 120 bucks. Let's say you pay $100 for one point, a killer, whatever. $100 so I'm going to give you a bit of detail for you to chew on. And then I'm going to reveal the facts a little bit later, but this is just to give you something to think about.
How about that hundred dollars, you literally have just wasted $84 have gone down the toilet $84 Going in the toilet, you know why? Because only 16% of that protein powder is going to be used and absorbed by the human body broken down, absorbed and go to the muscle tissue. But the rest of it 84% is going to go into the toilet. Now the science has been proven, it's irrefutable. It's been done to death. But these defects you don't know about protein powders.
And that's because it's undefined. It's a large particle size, and it cannot enter the body in the timeframe given it's as simple as that. So all the positive benefits are you've just been told, installed by the manager, actually all theory on on the shelf, it looks great. But when you put it inside your body, that's a whole nother thing. Think about it. on the shelf, it looks awesome.
But inside your body, what happens when you absorb it, digest it, break it down. That's what you need to know. That's what you don't know. That's what hardly anybody pays any attention to all these sports supplements going around. We've so ticked out we've got all this information at our fingertips. But guess what the Information about the human body.
How about absorption about what we're putting the products into, we just don't have it on tap. Nobody knows it. I'm going to share it with you right now. So the key is absorption Is everything all right from the get go. But we're going to touch on that in just a minute. Back to the retail experience.
You've just walked out store, you're taking your product time and you've been doing this for years like thousands upon thousands upon thousands of people every day, every month every year. Eating protein powder that does not work that literally 84% goes in the toilet, every week, every day every month. Think about this next fact. When you pick up a scoop of your protein powder is a pretty much a scoop there. You pick up a scoop and you put it in your your protein shaker and you have your protein shake it's about a 30 grams serve and of that 2526 27 grams, maybe protein one or two grams of fat and carbs in there, right used to those numbers. Well guess what?
16% Of that. 25 grams is for good. grams, four grams, four grams are going to be absorbed out of your 25 gram or 30 grams shake. So per 30 grams shake, you're getting four grams would you buy a product if you knew that you were only going to absorb four grams? No, nobody in the planet would write at all. That's the facts.
Everybody's protein shake when you see somebody down the gym. Anybody who's having a protein shake at all, just that knowledge of that every shake is only four grams of being absorbed and used and the rest is going in the toilet. So the hundred dollars you're wasting $84 every month. $84 every month. Wow. Yeah.
Okay, so let's get into class Shall we? Because this part of the video is going to be all about some new technology. Now. We're going to talk about micronized particles regarding Protein powders we're going to get into creating as we're going to demonstrate creating for you as well as demonstrate the two protein powders micronized product versus unanalyzed product. Now, we're not going to show a non micronized product because it goes from non micronized, which is your protein powder you normally buy. And it looks you know, it's clumpy you put in your shake your shake it up, you got to really shake the shit out of it.
And you probably got to swell up a few times as you're drinking it as well. And that is a non refined particle. It's been broken down a little bit, but it hasn't been micronized and it hasn't been naturalized. Those are three levels of absorption and three levels of technology that are available today. So the first one, and refined non micronized that's going to be we're resolving only 16% and 84% is going to the toilet. The next up is micronized that's around 50 to 60% absorbed and around about 40% to 50% going in the toilet and that has been tested and proven as well.
That is vastly better than the non micronized products. So little tubes. micronized It's a lot better. Level three, the top level nano particle sizes have been reduced down even more. So you're getting 99% uptake to the muscle, it bypasses digestion, it goes straight into the bloodstream. It's incredible and amazing.
So we're gonna get into that in a minute. But first, let's talk about the micronized is the number two level that we want you to focus on. These are the two options that you should be looking for. And in the supplement guide, we recommend these two, do not go in if it's not micronized. Don't buy it simple fat. It was not naturalized.
Don't buy it. micronized is far more prevalent, but it's not that common as well. In your protein powders. It's It's common and creative. Now. It's getting common in bcaas mechanizations coming out more and more, because absorption and customers are demanding more as well.
The quality is a lot higher, and everything works a lot better and you get a lot more bang for buck out of a micronized product compared to an unrefined product where you mix it up and it's still sitting in the bottom of the glass or the bottom of your shaker when you're finished. That tells you that that's not going to be absorbable. But that's something that you've been used to. We've all been buying those things for many, many years. Shock horror, you'd be wasting your money. I know you've been wasting money for 1520 years.
But now's the time to turn the tables, take some power back, getting informed going into a store and asking for the right components. This is the number one thing so it doesn't matter how fancy The ingredients are the label, or the latest or the most popular. That's the thing, if it's the most popular, be wary, because if it's the most popular, it's got the most margin in it for the manufacturer, and the most margin for store so it's cheap to make. It's cheap to sell, and it's making maximum margin and store and your buyer. That's the number one seller in the store most margin cheapest to manufacture. Now, let's get back into the details about the micronized product.
When you're getting a micronized product, you're getting absorbed, like I said around about that 50% to 60% into the bloodstream, and it's because it's at a level where it has to go into the stomach to be digested. And broken down, it's not small enough to pass through before it hits the enzymes. That's the enzymes that your engine room inside your stomach. That's what's breaking down all your food, your protein powders, breaking them down then they go into small intestine and going out to the bloodstream without complicating your head with all the science there's a lot in this video anyway, I don't want to get into it. Science has been done to death. We're about facts, we're about basics.
We're about you knowing why it's working and why it's not working okay. So you can make the best decision. So, that is the facts about micronized product or any protein powder going into your body it has to go in into your stomach can be broken down before passes, a micronized product will be more absorbed and go through the small intestine very much a lot quicker than an an micronized product. That is one if it's not micronized we don't buy it. All right, you guys don't buy it. It's a waste of money.
Buying micronized is the big step up. That is the basics on human absorption. Human absorption requires everything to go into your stomach. And now ask yourself this Why is the manager in the store not telling you about this? If he was to really screw you up he would say hey, I've got these products that are high absorbable these are your choices in the store the rest of it is all garbage. Don't worry about that it doesn't work.
These are the two products or three products that might have in store that are either micronized or memorized and you choose between the two based on budget based on whatever you want. flavor profile or anything else but this is the absorption rate but I guarantee you this, if you knew you were paying $100 and only $50 worth of that product was being absorbed you wouldn't buy it would you? Same as you wouldn't buy a product that 84% was going in the toilet 80 $400 was going in the toilet you wouldn't buy it would you this madness. And I'll forgive you for buying it for now. But you know this information is priceless. Then you moving up to an enterprise product where 99% of it is absorbed.
So $99 out of 100 going with a should be into muscle tissue into your gains into your belief system into your human body is highly important. It's the most important person As you can make, don't overlook this purchase power. This is the gold. This is what you need to be looking for and doing. Take the caution over what you're buying, do a little bit more research that it all comes down to absorption and particle sites. So simple folks, there are membranes in the mouth, throat, esophagus and stomach.
Now these memories are so small, only the smallest particles can pass through there without being digested by your enzymes in your stomach. And a nano sized particle at the 5000 nanometers can pass through that. No problem at all. It just goes straight through. So yes, when you have it, it gets absorbed through your mouth, through your esophagus and your stomach lining before your enzymes even see it the enzymes and fat can't really even see it. They get almost a false alarm.
They go there's something coming. Where is it? It's it's already gone. They don't get to digest it and break it down because they don't have to because it's too small. It's already gone. Make sense?
That's why men arising particles of your sports supplements is so vital. So you can absorb 100% of it, it becomes more potent, safer, smoother, it's also less irritation for the body. It's in fact, so soft and nice on the body, that it doesn't cause any digestive stress whatsoever. No negative digestive kilometers. So that's the basics on micronized and nano sized particles, would you believe that meat, fish, poultry, and all your lamb kangaroo everything else like that? Or you meat 32% utilized by the human body?
That's right. 32%. So you're talking about 68% go to the toilet? Is that what you're saying? Yes, it's been scientifically proven and tested. 32% of your meat or meat sources are absorbed and used by the human body.
Sadly, only 32% but 68% goes to the toilet that that's heavy judges two kilometers as well. So these facts are starting to come out now and it's really tough to get your head around. I know we don't want to change out and we don't want to start looking for alternatives. But those are The sad facts around. Okay, so here we're going to demonstrate to you guys creating. And the purpose of demonstrating creating before we demonstrate protein powder is really simple.
Number one, the creating, you'll be able to see the difference of the particle sizes from the micronized to the nano sized and the glass. The reason is why we're going to be discussing the positive effects of creatine. But also, more importantly, is the fact that creatine, he has a very strong negative effect on your body, that you're not being told about that it's being marketed to you by the brands as a positive effect. That's right. We're going to get into that in a minute. So for the purpose of this, we're going to show you what the micronized particle looks like.
And the nanoparticle looks like because remember consuming a product with the ingredients in it that you think you've just consumed, and you feel like your body's using just because you've consumed it as incorrect. If you've consumed it and it hasn't been absorbed, then You haven't used it. Okay, your body hasn't used it so it's pointless. So let's demonstrate the creating. Now, we're just going to grab a scoop here. It's about five grams, five grams scoop.
And we just took that in there. So this is your Nana rice powder. And this here is your micronized powder. So we'll skip. Stir these up a little stir, don't mean shake that up, but we're just going to stir it up for the purposes of demonstration. Let's do this while the real good stir Here we go.
So now we're going to discuss and tell you about the positive benefits of creatine before we talk about the challenges that creatine has got. So creating, as you know, is going to increase your body's performance in the gym, it's going to allow you to lift more weights and more reps, it increases what's called anaerobic capacity, which is your ability to work under load for short periods of time. So you know, those first 5678 910 reps, those your strength reps that you're going to be getting out, and creating helps you contract the muscle harder, under more load for longer, so you can lift more weight for more reps in the sense, that's basically what it does for you. It also enables you to recover quicker between sets, so you can lift more weights more reps more often. So you can see now that the ability for creating gives your muscle much more performance aspect in the gym.
So creating the sense that she incubates you muscle so whilst you're on creating, it allows you muscle to work harder for long And put more stress on the muscle. So therefore you're getting more strength gains, you're getting more muscle fiber tears more often at a higher level of threshold performance at normally without the creatine, you wouldn't be able to achieve right. So what that means, then that behind that, that month of creatine cycle that you do, the repairing of the tissue fibers comes in more because you've got more tissue fibers that are torn, more stress, more growth, more more pushing done by the muscle. So then behind that with your nutrition and your protein powders and everything else, you're repairing more torn muscle fibers. So therefore in that month, you get more gains, it accelerates your progress. It also accelerates athletic performance in sports.
So your ability to work under load running, throwing any sort of team sports, anything you can think of on the athletic field, tennis for example. That means you can just keep going and keep going keep going and find those muscle fibers longer and harder for more often. So it's an awesome performance benefits to creating. It's been super well researched. Fat creating is probably the most scientifically researched product sports performance product in the world today. It's got some wonderful performance elements.
And it's changed the face of sporting as a sport as we know it. But let me tell you something. On the other hand, we've got a very negative side effect to creating that you're probably not aware of. And if you're not aware of it, let me tell you this is enough to make you stop using creating in its tracks or be very, very selective about what type of creating and what particle size of creating, you should be using. First of all, the creating that you're using right now of creatine monohydrate is the most commonly used most effective most researched and studied creating the IRS on the planet. That's what's in all the products.
It's in your pre workout as in creating products. So you've been coming into protein powders with creatine inside it to add a performance element to your protein powders now, but let me tell you, the creatine that you're getting right now, it goes into your body right? And it is a Creating spell creating CR EA t i in a creating. But when you put it inside your body because remember, we're interested in what happens once you put it in the body. It's great on the shelf, it looks awesome in the packet. What happens when you eat it?
That's what we need to know. So when you eat it, it comes into your stomach. Now your stomach is acidic. We all know that. Okay, that's like the oxygen we breathe. It's like gravity to law.
We understand it, we know it, it's acidic, it drops the pH or lowers the pH of the creatine itself. And then within a minute or two, that creatine turns into a toxin it changes form. It then becomes creating within Im e on the end of it, create an iron that's how I pronounce it. Create an iron. Now create an iron as a toxin and what happens is that positive benefit of cold water wait that two to 345 kilo gain that you get or 22345 pounds you get in a week, 10 days, two weeks or a month. Then all the companies market, they market seven pounds in five days.
Muscle tick. For example, one of the biggest companies in the world has been marketing like that since the 90s 10 pounds in 10 days and that's 10 pounds people think it's muscle to shoot it's not its water weight. Now the reason why you bought against the water is because the pH has been lowered, the creatine is turned into a toxin now called create an iron that toxin then your body wants to deal with it as quickly as possible. What it does is it goes into a mild panic state. That mild panic state means it gains water or holds water. Two purposes Firstly, to flush it out of the body get rid of it as quick as possible because it doesn't want it to toxin.
Second of all, it dilutes it so it doesn't cause any stress McKinney's liberal it minimizes damage with inside the body. But remember, these are marketed as positive side effects. But that's what the waterway does. It's actually a toxin in your body. You're not told this. You're only told the positive benefits by these companies to market to you and the waterways.
Great all guys love that extra gain of 234 or five pounds, 10 pounds, whatever and you do you get all the performance elements as well. So whilst your body's in this toxic mode, and it's in this panic state trying to get rid of the creating, you're enjoying the benefits of that process. And some people do feel nauseous, even often standard dose. But most people don't really feel anything except the positive gains from the creating. Now that is the marketing dream that the sports supplement industry has preyed on you with for all these years, they've been selling you stuff that's actually toxic to you, and disguising it as a performance benefit. And that is the facts about creating.
So to avoid that, right, avoid that process. There are two types of creating on the planet that avoid it in different levels. The first rung on the ladder is micronized. So micronized creatine particles around about 50% 50 to 60%, absorbed in uptaken by the body so only around about 50 to 40 to 50% turn into the toxin so it's a 5050 you get into Performance elements but it's less toxicity and it's less water weight than it would be other creating particle that's not micronized. Okay, that's broken down to micronized level. So smaller, those particles are smaller.
The next rung on the ladder, the top rung on the ladder is nano sized, nan arised is 3000 times smaller minimum, then micronized. So the particle size is literally 3000 times smaller window, which means it passes through the membranes of the esophagus, the throat, and the stomach lining before digestion so there's, there's no time for it to convert to create an eye. This still converts to create an array of about half of it, or a little bit less, depending on the level of micronized mission that's used depending on how small those microns are. These nano sized particles do not convert at all they literally bypass straightaway the stomach acid goes straight into the muscle where it should be used. This product doesn't give you any water weight, no additional water you don't get two to three kilos in a week on Nanos creating And therefore sometimes people think they mistake that for it not working.
It is working, it increases muscular performance. It does all those elements better, more weight, more reps, more strength, more contractions, more pump, all those things, but you stay lean, and you don't get the waterway. So girls can use creatine for their performance honors without the fear of gaining two to three pounds or two to three kilos of water weight, and just a week or a month of using it. So the creating technology is so old, and the marketing is so old, so stagnant you only know those types of creating and you assume that creating that gives you water is positive, because you've been told that the real facts is that it's a toxin that breaks down the body, the body wants to get rid of it. But the creating the nanos creating is wanted by the body it is used, it doesn't get flushed out and you get all the performance elements plus you get safety, you get purity performance, and you get those some of those elements from the micronized stuff as well.
So at a minimum, it's got to be micronized creatine at the base level. You've got to be naturalized. Not interested in wasting money time or energy. So when you go in the supplement shop, you can be requesting micronized or nanowires, creatine. It's that simple. So as you can see we've got let's have a look at the samples that we've done on the creating just to the head time to settle right there's been two or three minutes we've discussed the positive and negative benefits of the creatine.
But let's just have a look and see what the particles are like when I have a look at this one and on camera. You probably can't see it. This is crystal clear. This is this is literally looks like water. absolutely clear. There's there's maybe not even a particle So I did, there's nothing in that one.
And this is an enterprise one. So this is at the finest particle mesh, this is the most absorbed creating this one, there's a nice little pile in the center of micronized particles that are still there not dissolved. There's also a sprinkling of particles further out in the center of that. Now remember, they've both been whisked out they're both had a good shake up, they've had a good stir. But as you can see, there's a good percentage of those creating particles out of the five grams. Look, I can really say that maybe 50% that could be 40% of the particles lift of the product left behind the rest of it's been broken up into the water and it's dissolved perfectly.
That's fine. Fantastic. Okay for creating. That's micronized that is a wonderful product to get should get that. But this is the Rolls Royce that you should be looking at. And it's crystal clear.
From top to bottom. It's absolutely incredible. Clint Look, do you want to bring that over and just have a look straight down on that and see what you think? Look down, crystal clear all the way down so it's just like water. And when you taste it as well, Nanos creasing just had no flavor in there at all, and when you taste it in the water, it tastes just like water. You don't even taste any creatine micronized creatine has a little bit of a tang to it not much, but you can tell there's something in the water.
So there's the nanos creating. It's absolutely crystal clear, and we've haven't had to stir it again. It's just as incredible particle size that's 100% absorbed by the body Basically 99.9% uptake to the human body, fully utilize micronized creatine, you can see the size of the scoop, you know the size of the scoop, we've had a five grams scoop in there, and probably you know, a third of that scoop the you can actually see it sitting in the center, it's still sitting in there and it hasn't broken down, but the rest of it has broken down and it's turned into basically water so it's dissolved perfectly. It's fine, but you can see that stuff in the middle of it. That is the stuff that your body is not going to absorb that stuff that the body is going to literally panic on, you're going to get a little bit of water weight, and you're going to find yourself in that state where you again a couple of kilos of water weight or two or three pounds or five pounds of water weight off that creates as you can see, Nanos cuisine number one, particle size number two micronized creatine is actually very, very toxic on the kidneys and liver over time and if you have a look under the microscope of creating and you can have a Google online, they've got some creatine under microscope have a good look.
You've got to see micronized creatine versus Nanos creatine on there, and it looks like shards of glass now just to give you an understanding, it takes four times as much pressure to crush a creatine particle than it does a protein particle. Okay, so they're like little tiny shards of glass going through your kidneys and liver and through your bloodstream through veins, capillaries, arteries, and traveling around your body tiny shards of glass, tiny, very microscopic shards of glass. And that causes stress over kidneys liver, that's why they suggest cycling, creating for four week period only as a maximum because after the period of time you start to accumulate damage. That is the basics about the career team. We're here to tell the truth. We're here to reveal those secrets that we know all about what you're buying and put in your body.
That's what the purpose of this video is all about. Maximizing performance, safety, and of course, your happiness, your goals, and moving through life and the body that you want. Remember, it's your best body. You don't have to make anybody feel good by buying a product that they want you to buy. You buy what you want to buy, you tell them what you want to buy and you get the best advice to do that. You get The best counselor to do that.
And we're here to guide you every step of the way. So, remember supplement guide, download at the end of this video and get stuck into it. But there you go. And now we're going to demonstrate the protein particles thereafter. So we'll leave these here, just to show you but now I'm going to mix up the protein, the mineralized protein versus normal protein, and we're going to give you a view of that just right, now we're gonna go to phase two, or we get a second part of our demonstration of the the micronized particles versus the nanner eyes. So what we've got in front of us is we've got the creatine sitting there so we've got the nanos one perfectly crystal clear, we've got the creatine there, there's been micronized it's, it's about 54 6040 crystal clear.
So you've been able to have a look at that and understand those particles are small here but even smaller here, okay, maximum absorption, you know, a 60% absorption 30% is 50 to 60% absorption. Remember, we're not talking about the ones that aren't micronized those are the two particle sizes we're focused on. For the purpose of this demonstration now we're going to demonstrate protein powder. The reason why we do creating first is because the protein powder doesn't settle like this, it stays a little bit more and it's also brown chocolate flavors and vanilla flavors. So you can actually see through the glass to see the separation of the particles. So I'm going to sort of narrate the process for you just to give you an understanding of what it's like.
But here we go. We're gonna get them mixed up here, about a 30 gram serve which is a heap tablespoon. A little bit more there. This is a nanner is one and here we're going to go and you can even see so I can even see I can see the particle size different I can see that why the product stacks up is different. It's a heavier looking particle here. Remember this isn't micronized This is a standard This is a wapi they call it instant ized instant ised is a terminology used which I don't really know what it means.
So when I look at that word, instant eyes It makes you feel like it's internalized it's easy to mix it's absorbent I guess without saying to the dis absorbent indigenized it's conjures up feeling like well it's an instant mixers instant access or it's just a clever word and I'm using this as an example. Now, it's a clever word put on the packet of something to make you feel like this product is more tricky. Okay, instead, just think about it. So instead eyes was on the packet of this on the tub. It's not on the tub of this this is Nana rice, it doesn't need any hype. But this had the word instant eyes on it.
So WP is all sense. had about one to two grams of carbs had about the same of fat carried around about 25 grams of protein per 30 grams serve this one here, less than one gram of fat less than one gram of carb. You can't get them all that even the Nana rising process because it's just part it's an intrinsic part of the way material the whey powder and this carries around about 2526 grams. 28 grams serve. So it's around about the 90% purity 90% protein content plus around about 8% flavor. Who knows what this is?
We don't know. We know what this is. We don't know what this is. Now, a little bit of one on one. Not so long ago, we would prefer to see some independent testing done on multiple brands across all the big guys, the majority of the big guys were present. I'm not going to name names, name brands, but it was horrible.
It was actually scary. And it was very enlightening for myself to understand just exactly what's in or not in those powders out there in the marketplace. So there were some that were literally 50% were protein so but on the label it stated the same thing. 30 grams serve 25 grams of protein on the label, but then the manufacturer they submitted this sample, they submitted the sample as a 55 or 60% protein content. So the label and what they submitted was completely different for a start and then when it was tested, it was 49 or 50% on one particular brand A major brand. Another major benefit the biggest brand in the world right now the biggest, most known brand without naming names literally submitted this sample at around about 68 to 70%.
Protein content, okay of the 30 grams serve 70% protein candy but on the label it states a lot higher states around the 90s but they submitted it at around about 70% shock horror, it was tested at just over 60 60% protein that you're buying. So these products that are all labeled pharmaceutical they made here the labs there. They look very techie, they just food raid products. It's the same category sports supplements are the same category folks as food as chocolate chip cookies. scary but true. So the label the label that is printed off and it costs about two cents or five cents to label in bulk.
That's all it is. It's just a plastic labels writing on it. There's no permanency about that that's up for interpretation. It's up for marketing hype, it's to sway you to give these positive benefits but to sit on the fence between telling the truth and telling you what you want to hear how they sell the product to the label is absolutely vital for marketing. But it is not vital at all for the ingredients inside the product, they don't match up at all, they don't match up in 99% of the brands in the world. So all those brands looking at in the supplement store 99% of them guaranteed to not match up on the label as to what is in side of the tub.
Okay, it's that simple. So back to the food, great food grade states that those nutritional panels are to be an average, an average not accurate. They don't have to be 25 grams of protein per 30 gram serve. They don't have to have one gram of fat one gram of carb on nutritional panel and they don't have to have that inside. There's a flexibility and there's an average because it's food grade is not pharmaceutical because the labels look pharmaceutical, don't confuse them. They are pharmaceutical graded products.
The only pharmaceutical graded products are GMP certified or are pharmaceutical graded stated on the tab therefore they're at a different level and they're not held to a different level by the industry. Remember this. The industry does not say that pharmaceutical product has to be that way in the food grade category. The owner and the manufacturer of that pharmaceutical brand that he wants to put that quality in that level to his product. It's his choice. He doesn't have to, doesn't have to at all he wants to.
He puts it in food grade next to all the crap parks and he has a pharmaceutical grade GMP certified product sitting next to a food grade product and that is his choice. The in the same category but two completely different levels. So this is what we're up against folks is getting rid of the crap and only focusing on the good and that's what the supplement guide this video is all about. That is what the best part is leveling workshop is all about Lean pro teaches you exactly how to get right to the bottom of it and get it all perfect and seen They get the best body of your life and maintain it for the rest of your life. Remember, it's a 10 week course, including all this information. So you can master every component effortlessly as you go through.
And you can own your best body for the rest of your life. That's simple. So let's get on with it. We'll give these guys a shake up. So here on the right, we have the mineralized product and remember, mineralized. Little shake and that actually foams up so you won't be able to hear that.
But it's foaming frothing. Okay, it is very thin. It's very, very thin. You can see straight away that it's very thin. And I can see that it's very thin and I can see that little foam there. It's just such a fine particle that when you shake it, it literally funds up.
So now we're going to mix up the the non micronized non enterprise product To get more shake remember this is WP i, this is one of the highest rated grading straightaway, I can see there's particles right at the top chunks that are on there was all unbroken down, they haven't mixed. And you can see they're just chunking in there. So have a good shake. And you're not going to check it much more than that because we're going to stand around shaking our protein powder death before we so we can absorb some of it, you know, in theory, right, we're not going to do that. So the habit and you can see straightaway in here it's very thick looking. This is got the color, you know there's some color change there but it's a pretty thin you know, it's pretty thin as a tiny little frothy a tiny little fall here as well.
But these are two vastly different looking products. You can see this looks quite thick here and this is a WP I this is the marketed instant absorbable product that you would normally walk into store for you would walk in there and you'd ask for WP, I remember you'd asked a low fat, low carb, and a high quality product or something that's really good and you will get sold that type of product, even if this product is in store. So this product because remember, this makes less margin for store because it costs more to manufacture it. Because it's more expensive. It's got a whole process that it has to go through, which is far greater than anything like this. This is literally raw, put in the tub, maybe had wonderful tration or to filtrations get a few nasties out of whatever.
It's put straight in the tub and it's wrapped and brennus the cheapest possible process to maximize the margin. So when it's being sold into the store, the store can get the 50% Gp can get the big margin on the product and still sell it cheap. So the retail price might be $65 a kilo or $60 a kilo, but there's still 50% margin in there. Still 50% gap so it's only cost 25 or $30 As to sell to store for whole kilo, and the manufacturer is making that for probably $5 a kilo less. So he's making a huge markup, this we're going to store a lot higher 50 or $60 $50, or nearly $60 per kilo, for example, here in Australia, the retail price point, they're gonna put a 30% GDP on there, they're gonna have to sell it for 75 minimum or $80 or $85 minimum, to make the money that they need to add to this product, they're still gonna make 30% margin but the retail that's 85 $60, you're going to walk into a store spinless gateless, get nothing.
Remember that 16% is going to be going to the muscle tissue and sadly that's 84% going to the toilet 99% going to the muscle tissue and off, there's literally nothing going to the toilet or waste. Remember if you're spending $100 here and there, you're wasting $84 you're investing $99 Simple as that. So it's a quality rule. Now, we'll give a little Give a little try, I want to just narrate this for you. So when I taste that, first of all the flavor is very light. There's not heavy flavor in there.
So there's not a lot of ingredients around flavor. It takes up a small percentage we know it's around 8% 9% and that tastes very light. The tone is very, very thin. It's almost like water is basically water. And if you're used to having a normal protein pedal like this, you're used to kind of a milkshake II feel thickness to the product that you associate with the nutrients associated with density ingredients being fed. You know, 30 grams, you know, you associate all these things association is another thing the marketing team with these products relies on your association with having density in the product and nutrients and I've had comments like this before, it doesn't feel like there's anything in it.
It's just like water, right? That's because it's so fun. It's just been absorbed through my memories of my mouth, my esophagus, and stomach. And my digestive enzymes are literally going, there's something coming, but we can't see it. Right, so that's where my food normally gets broken down and, and the way product normally would get broken down and this product comes down, it doesn't get absorbed through the mouth, throat, or stomach lining this product, the enzymes have to grab it, they break it down, it transports it through the small intestine into the small intestine where it gets absorbed into the bloodstream. And that has to go through that entire process.
And that is why 84% of it goes to the toilet. So let's have a different taste of this on and write this for you. First of all, it smells. It's got this way dairy slash taste to it as well. We're gonna get to lactose in just a second. It's still fun, rosary family But I can taste the little chunks in there.
It's got a slightly different tone. So the tone is for me. I would suspect the lactose hasn't removed out of it. Remember also lactose correct point. Key Point. There's a massive chapter in the lean pro on dairy products and it talks about lactose.
It talks about reason why we can't break it down and that literally 100% of the population of the world are lactose intolerant. Okay, not just because you feel bad and feel sensitive to it and we moved on because out there will say no, no, I can drink lactose. Well, you can drink it. But your body biologically is not designed to break down lactose, your lactase enzyme. Now read about this in the chapter in the in the liberal impro. Your lactase enzyme has been diminishing since birth.
So after you've weaned off mom's milk, not cow's milk, by the way, cow's milk designed for babies, mums milk, once you've weaned off that your lactase that breaks down mums, lactose, right? DNA perfect match designed to do this that natural process of nature. So you can Get the nutrients as a baby that you need to grow and fall and get a full array of nutrients and then the proper ratio. So you can develop everything from brain to every single component of your body all the way through. As soon as you wean off and you go into solid food, that enzyme lactase diminishes over time. It's no longer needed to break down the lactose of mom's milk.
So this is what happens in every single human body on the planet. So it means that by the time your early teenage years, you don't have the ability to break down lactose. But these are the years that we start drinking cow's milk, we drink cow's milk from the time that we're off the nipple or off mums off mums nipple, even before a lot of women now are not breastfeeding at all. They're given cow's milk. So we can't break down the lactase in cow's milk because first we don't have the lactase to match up to the lactose and cow's milk can break that down. The lactose causes all the irritations to the better to the stomach lining babies it causes irritation to the stomach line of adults.
It causes all sorts of problems in the development of cells. It is Truly, the number one reason why there are so many health conditions out there in the world is because the influx of this foreign milk molecule into your diets and into the human body, now we're going to get to that level impro. But for now, lactose is gone from this product that's been completely filtered out of this product. Because of all the fine processing it has gone through to get to the state to get to this very small particle size. This product guarantee 100%, there'll be lactose in there. And that's probably the tone that I can taste in that there's a sort of a tone to the product.
And on all way powders that I've tested and tried and had experience with, they carry a tone with them. This one does not have that tone to it that doesn't have that flavor profile toward that feeling to it, but this one does. So the hair, you're not gonna be able to see those settle out very well. But imagine, this is what they are actually doing. This is dissolved completely. There's nothing in the bottom of that at all.
This hasn't dissolved completely. There's a lot of chunks have bits and pieces in there that haven't dissolved, and it kind of will look like that but it will actually be a lot worse than that. Because remember that's micronized. That's non micronized. So they have these the particle sizes. absorption is king.
Exhaustion is everything. If you can't absorb it, you can't use it, why buy it, don't buy it. Understand what absorption means understand the particle size, understand what you buy. And that's what the design of the Southern guide is.
