Hi there, Glenn Jarvis Clinton Kay from Best Buddies International. And this is the fourth video of our four part video series in our best buddies live line workshop. And this is probably the most important topic in our course that there is. And it's all about maximizing your mind power for success. That's right. This is about harnessing your thoughts, harnessing your thoughts and feelings, and transmuting those into the How to the key part is to focus on thoughts and feelings.

And during this video workshop, we're going to quantify exactly how to do that. How specifically to get you thinking in the right way, take you from a randomized, nonspecific approach to a very focused specific recipe of thoughts and feelings and why we're doing it. And that is with the powers that driving into the live lien pro deliver a method, delivery method ebook, that is the magic. That combination is what drives the results. You instantly put on your blinkers. With your thoughts and feelings and beliefs that you're going to be able to achieve what you set out to achieve.

And with the right recipe, you can absolutely nail it. Now before we get into the meat and potatoes of what Glenn was just talking about, which we will very soon now, Glen and I, we consider ourselves very positive people. We always like to talk about positive things and get people to focus on, you know, their goals. But every now and then, Glen and I need to be brutally honest with people. And sometimes this shop a little bit of tough love. In order to get people to move in the right direction, make change and get the results that we know that they truly want.

And this just so happens to be one of those times. I think Glenn will agree that for many of you wherever you are Right now, you may not be happy with where you are at currently with your body and your physical goals. Okay? For some of you, you may be experiencing very poor health, lack of energy, in general low self esteem and self confidence. Now, question we'd like to pose to you is, what if, if you were sitting in that place right now you're not happy with where you are? What if that was to remain your reality or get worse in one year's time?

Or perhaps three years time? Maybe five years, maybe another decade, maybe you'll finish your life. Having never achieved your goals around your body and your health. Maybe you experienced the rest of your life. Lack of energy, low self worth, low self esteem, low self love. Now what would that mean to you?

If that was to be the outcome for you, where you're never going to change, things are never going to get better. In fact, they're going to get worse. What would that mean to you? Imagine, you can't even play with your children, because you don't have enough energy. Imagine every time you look at yourself in the mirror, you're just unhappy with what you see. You've got this guilt, that just wells up in you this just, you're just disgusted with what you're looking at the person you've become the person you've allowed yourself to become, you know, the lack of self control that you've got.

Every time you go to the fridge of the pantry. You just can't help yourself can't control yourself. You just gone for the sweets gone for the junk food, time and time again. Imagine what that's going to feel like. Yes, it might taste nice for a minute. And then after that strike back to the guilt, strike back to the pains to go back to the self pity.

The victim mentality Imagine walking down the street, children laughing at you, because you're overweight and obese. Imagine having to go to the doctor's every week because your health is just constantly getting new diagnosis of something wrong with you. Okay? imagine not being able to play sport. Imagine going out and just not being able to attract attract anyone of value whether it's the opposite sex or just new clients or new partners, new people to relate with new experiences mentioned not being able to have any of that not being able to travel the world, meet new people, because you're just feeling so crappy about yourself. Imagine that.

That's it for you. Is that really what you want on a on an I bet you But the good news is that none of that has to be the outcome for you. None of that has to be where you end up. You can change the direction of your life and go in a completely different direction. One of empowerment, one have high self worth, high standards, feeling good about yourself. self love.

Mastering your mind. Being able to discipline yourself to do what you know you should be doing to do the right thing. You can be walking around in the best version of yourself in your Ferrari, your Lamborghini, your vehicle, which is your body. You can have that. Absolutely. If you believe it, if you know you can do it and you're willing to do whatever it takes, then yes, that is yours for the taking.

If you want it But you and only you can make that decision. Glen and I can't make that decision for you. We can point you in the right direction, tell you exactly what you need to do to achieve the goals and success that you want around your physical health and appearance and, and vitality, but the decision to achieve that lies with you. So, we empower you, we encourage you, we want you to step up, make that decision and take that claim that because the time is now and the time for you is now. So are you willing to make that decision and make that a reality for you? If so, I encourage you to take it by the horns and own it and make it yours.

So the other fact about reality of this situation and as Colin's been mentioning, and he's been driving you down this road of, of despair, and you know what, it isn't a road of despair, it's, it's sad to think that you're even in this position, or any one of these types of positions, you could be overweight or obese. You could be somebody who's trying in the gym, but just has arrived at the ball and nutrition wise, you know, you're quite there. You know, but you sort of got an idea of where you want to be, you know, optimizing your time, energy or money. And in fact, none of you are optimizing time, energy or money. That's what we're here to show you. This video is going to teach you how to do that in the best possible way from start to finish.

But before we get there, you're gonna have to let you know another fact you're not going to want to hear and we didn't want to hear it either. When we learned this, is that you? Yep. You right now. You created everything in your life, every single thing in your life. You created it.

You put the food in your mouth, you didn't train you haven't learned. You haven't moved forward. You've got bad health problems, you've got bad body issues, you've got bad self esteem and you've created all those things. It's just it's the reality. You're not predisposed to this by your genetics come through family. You're not predisposed to this by because there's high sugar, high fructose syrup and really bad things in the supermarket and I just don't have time.

And I'm just making bad choices, you're making the bad choices every day, you've made them all the way up to this point. Maybe you're trying to improve those bad choices. Maybe also you're in a category of where you've really made some good choices in your life but you just don't know how to articulate every little part of it to make the results count. You may even be in a case of where you're an elite athlete and trained for many many years but just don't have the results physically that you want. But you have been able to play elite sport and high level leveling Pros for everyone. The recipe is for everybody.

But the key thing with it is is realizing where you are now. No fun walking down the street not looking good. No fun walking down the street feeling bad. You know, you can you don't go to the beach and take your top off because you've got manboobs that you don't take it off. off at the beach because you got massive fat stomach. Or even worse, you're actually comfortable with that now because you know what you've given them to those choices.

You're just one of those guys that walked on the beach and you're limited by the amount of activity you can do, and you're happy with her girls, you've got that cellulite from top to bottom. And you know, you can do better. But your eyes off the ball and you just feeling a little slovenly, you're fulfilling a little bit fat all the time. You know, you're feeling out of shape all the time. And the bad news is, well, the good news is, is that you've created it so you know what you can actually uncreate it. But before we get to that, and creational the creation of something new, you have to realize that you have put everything in your mouth, you're responsible for success as a decision away today you are making that decision.

You've gone through the three videos or even if you've just arrived here, you've got three other videos to watch, and get great information that's gonna help you roadmap to success. Right now the position that you're in is total undesirable. Imagine walking around in your life like Clint said, not in a Ferrari. You can choose to drive a Ferrari every day. You can walk down the street and feel fantastic. People can come to you on the street.

Look up to you. Down the gym, you look like a person who authoritarians some of you don't have to be a massive bodybuilder around towards negative You don't have to be the latest fitness model. You can be someone that just shows really great changes. And you've got control you've got past you've got dexterity, you've got attitude, you've got everything going for you. Because you will learn how to do it. You follow the recipe, and that's the position that you're in.

That's the position you can be in but you're not there. But you are watching this video because deep down you want to get there and we can show you how it is ABC straight through to the best buy you can possibly have in the shortest amount of time. But the mindset the attitude, the feelings and the thoughts and the mechanics I'm going to teach you the specifics of how to do that. It is an absolute fact and what you think and feel and you put out the law of attraction then reciprocate that and that comes into your life you create your life or your thoughts and your feelings. And the universe provides those things for you in the form of your thoughts and feelings coming back if you feeling trepidation, if you're feeling stress, you get more of those things coming into your life. And when you are on the right frequency, you are going to intuitively get the calling to take the right action that will lead to the results that you're seeking. Absolutely. And that's why we are stressing that thoughts are things and they transmute into doing you get the information To do something when you're thinking and feeling right, it feels good. So you have a thought, the thought feels good.

And the goodness produces the thoughts, the feelings do the right action. And that's what produces the results. That's why thoughts and feelings into the level in pro into the lovely method into the lovely method ebook producing amazing results. That's how it works. So once you're on the right frequency, it almost becomes autopilot, or it almost becomes automatic to getting your results and that is what we're trying to do today. That's what we're trying to get you onto the right frequency.

And I think that can lead us into the next section of this tutorial. And that is giving you some practical tools that you can walk away with today. take from this video and apply it immediately to get you onto the right frequency. Okay, so let's get right into practical tool number one Now that is choosing an image of your dream body. Now, that image could be from a magazine. Maybe you got it off a website, Pinterest or any of those other image sites where you can get images from Google on your phone as well.

Yeah, be a screensaver. We like to use, you know, image from a magazine, something physical, something that you can hold. But if it's digital, it's just as good now, once you've scoured everywhere looking for this image of your dream body that needs to become that representation of what it is you want to achieve. And you need to put that somewhere prominent where you're going to see it every day. We'd like to put it on the mirror in the bathroom because you know, you're in there at least twice a day. And you're going to be seeing that in the morning and in the evening.

So it's just a constant reminder of What it is that you want, that you want to achieve. And like we said about frequencies, it's just constantly putting that thought that vibration out there, and just refocusing your unconscious mind of exactly what it is you're trying to achieve. And hopefully making your actions unconscious so that you get to that automatic pilot point where you want to be taking the right actions without having to put too much conscious thought into it. Another place you might want to put it on is the fridge. Okay? Because that's where you're going to be tempted to perhaps eat junk food.

If you're constantly looking at that image, then it's a reminder when you're making that decision of whether to have those cookies or that chocolate or that cake. When you see that image there on the fridge. It's a reminder, perhaps you may want to make a different decision or the right decision. That's a great place to have it. And that leads us to practical tool number two And that is our delay, and press on self talk. So delay and press on something that we developed.

And it's unique to the leveling pro that's unique to this workshop. And it's something that we've really researched heavily. And it all boiled down to two key things, two things and tools to focus on. And that is to avoid junk food or temptation. You simply delay your choice for 10 minutes and in that delay period of time, you go and find a coffee. You go find a water or you go find a protein bar, but particularly look for a coffee or water because they're really on the you know, they're on every street corner.

They're all the way down the strip, wherever you might be tempted to junk food, you've walked past a cake shop, you've got Gosh. Well, that thought as soon as you have the temptation as soon as it launches, bang. The tool is delay. The word is delay. Delay means actually saying that to yourself. Yeah.

In your mind, you're actually saying, delay. That's right. And it's then 10 minutes is the timeframe. But it can be five it can be 10 can be however long it takes you to find a coffee or water. Now you go and do it, test it out. By the time you found a coffee, you've grabbed that coffee, you've sat down had a coffee, guess what you're not thinking about that cake anymore.

You've delayed and then guess what you can do after the coffee. Go and find a great positive snack, which can be protein bar could be a diet soda could be, you know, leaves last hand from the deli but there's perfect choices and you've got your snack and you're on the go once again, and you've gone past the cake shop and you've avoided it. You've just delayed your temptation. And it's an awesome tool. It works every single time. And it's an awesome feeling.

You actually feel proud of yourself that you didn't give into temptation, you actually feel like yes, I had the self confidence and the self discipline to stop and delay and make a better choice. That's right. And every time you do it You move a giant step forward towards your goal. That's one challenge one hurdle you've got over, as opposed to taking a step back. Now, the second word is press on. Now where we use this self talk word press on is actually in the gym.

So we know that building our best body comes down to effort in the gym, and nutrition. So we've we're using the word delay for our nutrition to make sure we're having the right nutrition. Now, the other one is press on. Now, sometimes going to the gym takes effort takes real motivation. And not all the time when we go to the gym do we actually want to work out and that's but we need to work out to to achieve our result. So no matter what, even if we don't feel like going to the gym, or going and doing the exercise that we need to be doing.

We use the word press on we use the self talk word, press on so even if we're feeling tired? Even if we're feeling unmotivated, we press on and get it done no matter what, because it's what we have to do. That's right. So simple as that. delay for nutrition. Press on for our exercise.

That's right and the press on as soon as you feel that instant that instant thought of a little bit tired, guess what that is your trigger moment. that triggers you instantly she's you feel that lethargy, that that lack of energy that reason you're trying to get an excuse out of yourself a bit of excuse itis creeping in. That is your trigger for persona that triggers you to set press on and that says, Go and do it no matter what. And it's especially important to do it when you don't feel like everybody in the planet. Clint knows this better than anybody, as well as myself, can train when they feel great. Everybody can have a great training session or a great week.

You can bang out three four sessions a week, and feel and when you're feeling good, that's easy. most challenging part is to do it when you don't feel like it. And that the thing that teaches you builds a neural pathway. That's right, I wrote in your brain that you can follow again, once you do it well, is to press on a metal wall, and then it becomes a habit. Every time you don't feel like it, I'll press on. And I'm pressing off every time you know, if you press on any jumping those hurdles, which means more results for you, which means you're getting the elite athletic mindset.

You don't have to be an elite athlete to do it. But you can get elite results just like them. And this is how they do it. They delay the temptation and they make a good choice. And they press on through the bad weather, through the lethargy through the training partner not turning up through something being late through not having enough time, and they get the 30 minute workout and even though they wanted to have an hour and a half's workout, delay and press on the trigger was a cover off every single challenge that you're going to find in your pursuit of your best body across nutrition, training, supplementation, everything else even taking supplements on time. I don't feel like it.

Guess what, that's when it matters most. On simple so there you have it, there's some key tools that is one of the key tools in maximum mind food, which is something you can download after this video after this workshop. Maximum mind food is an awesome chapter in the powerhouse of the lame Pro. And this really is the minutia. This is the magic sauce that we're talking about here on the video. So some of the key things we're running through here.

There's a whole lot more stuff in the maximum mind food that you can take away and plug in. And this plugs in across the video one nutrition video two supplementation video three working out with the ultimate training methods now video four, puts it all together, get your thoughts and feelings in the right direction and gives you the basics on how to doodle hundred percent. Now this leads us to practical tool number three and that is turning negative beliefs or thoughts to positive ones sounds simple. Let's look at a few examples. Very important. So for example, I don't have the time to train negative positive affirmation positive thoughts switch it up, I always make time to train.

Two totally different outcomes, same feeling different outcome. frame it up differently turns from negative to positive. Another example would be, I don't have the money to afford the correct nutrition. Flipping that around and putting it in a positive light would be, I find ways to acquire the money needed to buy the right nutrition for my best health. Awesome. So there you go.

A couple of key examples there. Another one. I don't have the knowledge to make the most of my workouts. good reason why not to go and have a workout when you say if you don't know what you're doing, flip it up. I find ways to obtain the knowledge to Work out properly. Really simple.

And it's such an easy flip. But it takes you from an excuse. All these negative excuses are excuse itis, which is a disease of the brain is an actual physical disease of the brain. Excuse itis is real. And we teach you how to get over that every single time. Really simple.

A lot of stuff you would have thought you would have heard before. But guess what, you've got to have a high teachability index, which means you got to be teachable, which means you got to wash out all the old crap and allow the new stuff to flow and fresh information and recalibrate your thinking so you can get it all right now. It's sounds simple enough, but it's all about catching yourself in the moment when you recognize consciously that you've got or you've said to yourself something negative and reframing it into the positive. So it sounds simple, but putting it into practice takes effort takes practice. But in time, once you start to catch yourself and reframe that Then causes new neural pathways in your brain. And you're forming new key habits that again, is going to lead you to the success and into the desire and that and the goals that you want for yourself.

It's vital here really well said really well, but there's those neural pathways. There's new ways of thinking when you try something new and, and it's difficult. But you do do it. It forms and it pushes and builds a new road in your brain of behavior. And when you complete it and do it, well, you've just formed a new behavioral road to follow. So the next time you come up with a challenge, guess what?

It's a bit more automatic. It's a bit more automatic than 345678 910 times. Yeah, it's on autopilot. You don't even think about it. Your subconscious mind is just taking control of it. And yeah, you order a euro long black instead of a cappuccino.

Yeah, out of the blue. And for example, now Glen and I, we've been training together for years, but many times we find ourself at the gym and we're not feeling motivated or not feeling particularly, you know, amped up and ready to go, but because we've been training our mind for so long To do it, and press on no matter what, even when we're tired even when we're not motivated, it's just such a habit now that we just press on and do it, even if we're not feeling particularly motivated that session, and we know that those are the sessions that count the most. Those are the sessions that we must complete, even even though we don't particularly feel motivated on the odd occasion, like most people do. But that is now programmed into our unconscious, it's now a habit, we don't need to think about it. We often laugh about it when we find ourself in the lat pulldown or the benchpress or whatever exercise we're working on and say, feeling a little bit tired and we go, yep, these are the sessions that matter most and we press on because we use the self taught to press on, and we get the job done, and then we get the results that we're seeking.

That's right. And what that often does is you'll find and we found many songs as well as it actually opens up some some more energetic pathways as well in the body. And you find you you feel a pickup in energy and you drive through the workout. And at the end, yes, yeah, well, I did a lot better than I thought I was going to do on the way into the gym, because I sort of dragged myself at night, you know, and we all feel it. And the difference is that you don't have to be manic about it. And if you're absolutely tired, shot the pieces you don't go to the gym.

That's another key fact you got to recognize when you're shot two pieces, you don't go You're absolutely tired, you know, go have an early night, and it's a mass rest is just but that's not an excuse. It's just recognizing that your body actually needs rest. And that's a big difference between that and having a cop out just because you're not feeling 100% you just not in the attitude space that you need to be in. Yeah, there's a big difference and the winning bodies, the winning mindsets. It's not all live and die by one workout, it's millimeter by millimeter by millimeter, and even smaller tenths of a millimeter gains every time you try and think about it.
