So ladies and gentlemen, guys and girls, this workshop is all about nutrition. So let's get into some specifics about what we have in store for you over the course of this particular video and workshop. Then you tasted well tastes incredible. Whatever it is, you start indulging in it. It's a wonderful sensation of fats, sugars, carbs, a little bit of an overload.
It's really delicious. Halfway through, you're getting through the mail, you're getting satiated quickly. Oh gosh. I didn't realize I was that full. Yes, that's right. interest at the end of the meal, then you're thinking, oh my god, I think I've ruined my week.
I think overweight, I feel fat. Everybody's going to go through the same thing, believe me. I've done it myself many, many times. In fact, just about every time it comes to reward meal, you feel the same things. What that does is then triggers off the enthusiasm again. So you really want to get into that Monday morning workout after your Sunday meal.
You've got enthusiasm, your metabolism speed up as well, because putting that reward meal and really shakes up that metabolism because all week, it's been cleaned food right? Makes perfect sense. And then you throw in this heavy meal, your metabolism sparks up to process that even quicker. And you've got all these new experiences going on. Monday morning, you wake up energized. You know you're full of carbs, fat and sugar.

But like I said, if you don't do anything about it, you're going to slowly hit down this heart attack coming. All the bad food choices. We know now the statistics are here. You're not getting in that rush to change. Why rush to change? I've got an I might get fit in a few months time. I mean, I've got a party to go to next year. I mean, my friends invited me to Bali for a 30th next year, I'll do it, then. I'll do it, then.
I'll do it when the timing is not right. Well, guess what the timing is never right. You make the timing. And it's not about getting ripped and lean. You make the timing to make some change. It's that simple.
Otherwise, you're just going to slowly hit down this perpetual energy with health is going to be your number one consideration and you're going to be like everybody else who has the heart attack has the diabetes has the depression, has bad sex life has no relationships, has traps, is trapped at work is feeling trapped by themselves and the world around you is slowly slowly closing in and your new level of normal becomes unacceptable. And you will do something when the health consequences kick in. The heart attack will come. The breakup will come, the marriage will be gone. Something will cataclysmically change your world. And it's sad but true, but you're going to wait for those consequences happen.
And then you're going to do something. How many times does people come racing out of disaster and do incredibly well? It happens all the time. It's human nature. For some reason, we wait until that moment of treachery before we do anything. avoid that.
I've got a family member that's gone through two bypass surgeries, heart attacks, massive ones in his 40s. We love him but we can't help He's got all the information, but he hasn't been doing it up until this point. Now he's doing it. Now he's living the life he should have been living before those heart attacks. Why? Don't be that person?
Be the person that's proactive. take those steps now. Treat yourself with such respect and such honor. It's such self awareness that you can actually take those changes into your future, better health now, that is the key. And that's what this process is all about. It's being able to get your mind right, and getting all the tools and techniques in place so you can be guaranteed that your effort and your energy is going to reap the rewards.
That is what we're all worried about. Does this work? Does it deliver? Absolutely, yes. Yes. Yes.
