Hello, we're here to explore the solution to one of the biggest ongoing challenges every organization faces today how to lead change successfully, I put some resources together to help you get the most out of this course, all the slides are there for you to print off and you can print them off. However many slides you want per page, I just want to make sure that you don't have to worry about taking theory notes, there will be an opportunity that I'm going to ask you to put a pencil to paper and those are worksheets and I would invite you to print the worksheets off one worksheet per page, which will give you lots of room to expand and make some notes. This is the opportunity to apply the ideas that I'm sharing to your particular situation. I've also put together an article called changing the way organizations change that you will find insightful shares some ideas that this whole program expands on significant Gently, the ideas that we will share are relatively straightforward.

We're going to explore the core competencies involved in leading change from an integrated approach. And those core competencies are strategy, change, transition and communication. And you're going to get a lot more about those things in depth as we move forward. We're going to outline a variety of views of the whole system in which your organization exists. To get a good idea of the current context, the current environment your organization exists within, we're going to learn how to simplify and engage the strategic message that's required to drive all of the changes successfully. we'll determine how to one line and implement successful change.

We're going to explore how to lead people through transition. And we'll do some in depth work around ensuring that your communication is up to the challenge and it truly Does engage everyone throughout the system. And lastly, we're going to draw a map of where all of your people in the organization are on the change journey, if you will, and finish off a plan that we're going to build throughout our time together to keep everyone moving forward together.
