Notice the phrase is 'birthing better' not 'better birth'.

You might have a horrible birth experience and you'll birth better for using your skills. No one could plan this pandemic. Women have birthed throughout Time and Place in challenging and gentle times. You must do the activity of birthing your baby regardless of all factors.

You can only control you. Skills are what all humans use to feel capable and in control when faced with a task that must be done. Giving birth must be done by you.
