Hello, and welcome to the five minute meditation called the countdown meditation. So just get yourself situated, get relaxed and comfortable. Take a deep breath. And we'll start the meditation. So go ahead and take another very deep breath all the way down to your toes and just let it go. And as we begin, what I would like you to do is just imagine yourself as if you're above some beautiful place, maybe some type of sanctuary place someplace you've been before or someplace you would like to go someplace that your mind just makes it does that count backwards from seven using the words down and deeper.
I'd like you to drift down to this place And into a very deep and peaceful state of call and effortless relaxation. Number seven feel yourself going down, down deeper and deeper. Six drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Five drifting down. Deeper and deeper for getting down, down deeper and deeper three drifting down. down deeper and deeper into drifting down, down deeper and deeper and wider, down, down, down deeper and deeper and deeper.
If you're now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there. And with every detail that you notice, I'd like it to take you into a deeper deeper place of calm and effortless relaxation. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Peace relaxed Peace just Take another deep breath as you drift into the state of incredibly deep peace profound if any insights or awarenesses creative flashes come in just allow them to come in now.
You continue to relax, breathe Be in very deep peace. Just continue to relax. Take another deep breath and when you're ready you can gently release this meditation
