All right, few more practices. Yeah. Before we do, we do a meditation. So let's let's send up if you will. And let's do some balancing practice. So we talked about after we release, we did some sound healing.
We did two sound healing was sh Did you like that one that was very calming, right? It was one of my favorite one. And then the HA the heart. And after we release, we let go, we tonify Yeah, that's what we inhale and exhale from the nose. And then these practices are more for the heart and for the hormone hormones in the body. So one hand like that, and people that are practicing with me know them already.
This was called cloudy hands, very famous movement. Yeah, so one hand, the center of the palm is, is just pointing to your heart center. And the other one is just gliding on water. gliding on water. You turn from the hips, from the area of the lower abdomen and the kidney. Feel that area.
Feel your heart. So this is to balance the emotions. This is a practice to balance your heart ci, your energy of your heart, your shin, your spirit. It's very calming, soothing. feeling like I'm gliding overwater and then I'm bringing the energy up into the heart. Relax the arms, and the breathing in and out from the nose to tonify the cheek.
And you can also smile to your heart. smile to your heart. And while we're doing this practice think about what we said like the five things you're grateful for. Today that happened to be just the weather or breakfast so whatever you had, whoever you met Cloudy hands. Very nice to calm and open the heart center. Relax this movement to little cool here right?
Turn it off completely defend, please. The other movement is would be to the hormone hormones. So okay what happens at night? The energy would say go in the Yin energy is the Yin is internal, right? Well young is external. So external is more muscles and ligaments and things like that and extremities in Ian is more internal.
And if you look at all the hormones, all the glands in the body, where are they located? Close to the central nervous system. Right close to the spine and the brain. You have the pineal the hippo, tell us tell us very much very active in the sleep. If you don't sleep well, they actually see that the hippocampus shrink, you know, the hippocampus. And then we have the thyroid, the thymus, the kidney, adrenal, the sexual organ.
So all the hormones are in the center, right close to the central nervous, what is the central nervous of the brain and the spine, so it's inside. So the energy in the sleep, want to go inside. And you want to help the body to go inside. And it's very common practice. So do is you think about from the sexual center, all the way to the pineal and pituitary gland. And you just do you put both hands like this like this.
So one hand is on the front, one hand is wrapping around, and then that you go up and down. And it's like, it's like a circle. Yeah. So the hands are emitting energy into all these glasses. And balancing your energy so you go close to the spine. So you help the body to already go inside.
Yeah, in and out from the nose. So balancing practices. Slow flow practices are tonifying so inhale and exhale for those long and deep breath. Just relax breathing so it's more soft, silky type of breath. Just go inside go inside in your mind you're this go to the place of what all the glands and you send them cool light like a blue. We're gonna talk about the color blue, blue light, cooling energy like water.
When you think about water, the mind calms down is also something that is a lot of study on. Relax and then bring the hands into the lower abdomen again, like we started and just do some lower abdominal breathing, relax breathing, of center your energy here in the lower abdomen. Think about the space between the navel and the spine and center your ci there. Slowly open the eyes. Beautiful. Yeah, this this is a nice one, right?
So, the color blue is there's a lot of research on the color blue and the green blue, green blue. So they did a study that's why all the prescription medication what is the color of the pill? as blue? Why did you see red now? They found that red is actually they do two two pills to colors. placebo isn't more people heal from the blue pill, the placebo blue pill done The red pill is an interesting and then they noticed that if they put pictures of ocean or water in hospital people heal faster.
And then the pain the surgery room and the hospital more in the turquoise, greenish blue color, right? It is the red color. So it's more calming to the mind and people heal faster they see. So that's why we work with the color blue. We work with a color blue in for sleep. And for healing, we work with a color blue or purple.
That makes sense. It's interesting. So it's sort of nice to have science kind of support. What what is already been done in practice.
