Camille worked for a paper distribution company as a customer service representative. Every day at work, Camille tried to put her best foot forward. One day a customer came in with a strange complaint. He was angry about the packaging the paper came in saying that they ordered similar packages of paper then were delivered. Camille not only resolve the matter, but also state overtime when her shift ended. When the matter was resolved, she made a follow up call to make sure everything was going smoothly and left a lasting impression on the customer based on her dedication and persistence.
