This course offers two simple but effective methods to relax the body and the mind.
The first method, "Fansong Gong" (relaxing skills), uses a series of short guided meditations to help release physical and mental tension. This exercise is broken down into three parts. I provide detailed instruction for each piece, followed by a practice session.
The second method is "Qigong Self-Massage." This practice helps to stimulate the circulation of blood and energy in the body.
These methods can be practiced separately or combined to make a powerful way to feel more centered.
