Successful Time management is being constantly productive each day. Having a daily plan and committing to it can help you stay focused on the priorities of that particular day. Take a moment to ask you the following questions and write down your answers. Do I need more time to do all the things I wish to do? And when you get time manager, where am I spending most of my time? I'm only able to accomplish what I want to do before deadlines.

What activities am I spending most of my time on? Am I usually punctual or late Do I finish things within the time I stipulate? Do I hand in my projects reports work on time? If your answer is NO to any of the questions above, that means you're not managing your time as well as you want. Here are 12 tips on how to be a better time manager. Number one, plan your day, week, month.

And if you can, even though you're not having a daily plan, it's like trying to cook a meal without having the ingredients. It's simply bookwork. get into the habit to plan your day before it unfolds. Do it in the morning or even better the night before you sleep. The plan gives you a good overview on how the day will pan out. That way, you don't get caught off guard.

You just put it do is to stick to the plan as best as possible. Number two, use a calendar and enter those daily tasks there. Having a calendar is the most fundamental step to managing your daily activities. You can use paper, diary, Outlook or Lotus Notes. There are many calendars that come as part as your meaning software. It's even better if you can sync it to your mobile phone, and all the different hardware you may use.

That way, you can access your schedule no matter where you are. Pick a time limits to each task. Be clear that you finish for example, x task by 10am and so on and so forth. This prevents your work from dad driving home and eating into time reserved for other activities. Use an organizer organizer helps you to be on top of everything in your life. It's your central tool to organize information to do lists, projects, and other miscellaneous items.

Use reminders in your calendar to alert you on your deadlines. Once you're done, the date has already been a success. You can move on to other things, or you can let them wait until tomorrow, you have finished the essential number seven.

Learn to say no, I explained in part one of the course. Number eight. Meditate if you can. Practicing daily meditation allows your brain to be more efficient. It also helps you stop and let go of all the stress thoughts and daily demons that can drain your energy. find time for stillness in our gogogo world to many people People don't find time to just be steel.

Yet, it's an extraordinary what the stillness practice can do. action and inaction should both play key roles in our lives. Discovering time in your life for silence and non motion, reduces anxiety, and shows that there is no need to constantly rush. It also makes it easier to find your work pleasurable. Number nine, have a good night's sleep. Some people think sacrificing sleep is a good way to have productivity and rent a couple extra hours out of the day.

This is not the case. Most people need seven to eight hours of sleep for their bodies and minds to function optimally. You know where you aren't getting enough. Listen to your body. And don't underestimate the value of sleep. Number 10. block out distractions.

Switch up your phone's TV and create a quiet space for you to do your work. What's distracting you in your work? instant messages, Phone ringing, text messaging spoken. calls during this time are recorded, for example, and I contact them afterward if it's something important.
