Hi there, welcome back to the course here on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, clearing, shock and trauma. I'm going to tell you who I suggest and recommend this course that would be suitable for based on the content based on the practicality of some of the stuff in including, of course, the exercises. So I think obviously, it's suitable for people like myself, the counselors, therapists, critical incident stress debriefing as psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health workers, trauma specialists, those who work with veterans or victims of violence or abuse. I would suggest it's for both clients, those who have been subject to trauma, and also to those who work with trauma patients for clients. Now, if you have a therapist or counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, someone you work with who hasn't utilized any techniques in order to clean and clear Any of the disturbances or perturbations that come along with the traumas are the thoughts or the triggers of the traumas.
And I would suggest that you request from your psychiatry psychologist counselor therapist, that they partake in this as well as a learning project for themselves. So I would also recommend it for those who suffer have not had any success say in treatment, or suffer in silence from the results of any trauma. Those who suffer from say repeated nightmares or images that continue to haunt them. Those who have had emotional physical trauma from accidents, or deliver acts, those people who have had violence in their lives or have been uncomfortably spotlighted and that could be including being bullied. Those who have stuck frozen images that continue to haunt them nightmares, etc. And I certainly hope that you will stay tuned Because if you've got those sort of frozen memories, those frozen images, and they continue to trigger unpleasant feelings, disturbances or set you up for patterns of behavior that you would rather not have that are self destructive in a sense, then I would urge you to take this course and if you're not comfortable in doing it directly again, please talk to whoever you work with, so that they may learn from this course themselves.
I look forward to being part of this course. And the next part of this course, will be checking in to see about safety before we get going with the processing. Thank you.
