Jessica was known by her peers for always delivering her work late, nothing was really done about it and she just slipped by on performance reviews. To help the overall work environment. Her company was initiating a policy where employees are rewarded with paid time off if they make a positive behavioral change. To qualify, an employee had to write a small report with what they want to change and a plan to change it to the surprises a few co workers, Jessica was able to qualify for the new program, Jessica started a productivity journal to track her time she was able to group tasks based on how urgent and important they work. She also developed a sense of assertiveness, especially with herself. Not only did her life improve by being better at time management, but the people she knew started to follow her example as well.
