The second point is that it's much better to take complex or very emotional issues, very impactful issues, and put them into a discussion where you have a face to face setting. online media is not very good at discussing very, very serious things because you can't see each other.
There's no body language, which you can, which you can look at. The third point I want to mention here is that it's very important that when you introduce these tools, you set some rules on how to use six.
