Our goal is to help you overcome any challenge you may have in learning a foreign language. If you feel you are more advanced than the vocabulary you will see in this syllabus but you cannot comfortably and effectively communicate in everyday conversations then we can help you overcome your fear with assignments that will ease you into having conversations in your community.

Did you know the biggest obstacle in learning a foreign language is fear? Yes, it is very common. The two founders of Fitness Latinos experienced fear of someone making fun of them for not pronouncing the words just right. Guess what? You will know two languages when you finish this course. Knowing how to speak a second language is extremely valuable.

Being bilingual helps you to increase your concentration, focus, and ability to solve problems. You do not have to be fluent in both languages.
