Causes of stress In this video, we'll talk about stressful situations that each preference has to deal with. stressful situations generally appear at work, because it's where most of us are forced to change our preference. Even if you're an introvert, there is a general tendency to behave as an extrovert at work. Even if you count on perception when you're at work, there's a tendency to count more on Judgment. However, it's not the same for all types of jobs. Some are actually the other way around.

Now let's see what some of the sources of stress are. If you an extrovert you have to work alone. You have to communicate via email and not directly with other people. You must work for long periods of time without interruptions. You must think before you act and be completely focused on one thing at a time, you only receive or give written feedback. All of these signs are causes of stress.

As an introvert, you have to work with other people and speak on the phone a lot. You have to frequently interact with others and act quickly without having too much time to think. You have to work on multiple tasks at the same time and you frequently receive verbal feedback. So what are the solutions when you're in a group where the opposite personality type is dominant? As an extrovert, speak with people outside of your team, ask your co workers to verbally express their ideas, check your email and written notification Let your co workers think after you've done ducking, some of them may be introverts and many time before speaking, even if that's not the case for you, as an introvert, come to work earlier so you can have a bit of quiet, find time for yourself. take the long way home.

Plan pauses, only for yourself to have to have some time to think. When you're in meetings speak, even if you haven't yet finished your thought process. Think while you speak. As the person who count on sensing, you have to offer a general presentation and not include details to work using a new method that you're not familiar with. You have to be able to understand subtext and hidden meanings. When brainstorming you have to focus on possibilities on the future.

You're asked to see the forest even though you have very many trees in front in front of you. As an intuitive person, you have to focus on your immediate reality and work the classic way. You have to work with details and plan everything thoroughly. You have to check the accuracy of details and you must be practical. You must focus on past experience. pretty stressful, right?

So what are the solutions as the person who counts on sensing focus on future results and use long term thinking? brainstorm together with the rest of your team. Search for models and patterns. Go beyond what's specific and speak of impact and the future. As an intuitive person. Present your information one step at a time, even if it may seem troublesome to you.

Offer specific examples for those who count on sensing respect tradition and experience in the organization. Focus on drawing your conclusions from details and information. People who count on logic have to use their personal experience and care for individual needs. They have to appreciate the positive side of things and focus on processes and people. They have to use empathy and personal values when making decisions. The most common source of stress is when others vaguely answered their questions.

People who count on feelings have to objectively analyze the situation to set criteria and standards. They have to focus on criticism and error. They have to focus on tasks. They have to use only their logic when making decisions. What are the solutions? If you can't on logic, try to get involved in projects in which solutions are dependent individual in order to stimulate the opposite side of your preference.

Consider the emotional and personal impact that your actions have. Express positive things and reduce criticism. Ask others for their opinions and concerns. If you can't and feelings provide logical argument, if something happens, then we do this. Also consider causes and defects and understand that critical feedback helps you improve. point out this problems you're confronted with to your boss, and make sure you use clear and concise language to express your needs.

People that count on Judgment don't get a structured plan. They have too much time and deadline flexibility. They have to finish projects at the last minute. They have to review and reevaluate tasks. They are confronted with surprises and unexpected events. This obviously stresses them.

People who count on perception have to be organized or organize things for others. They have to work within deadlines. Others don't trust their last minute results. They must finish what they're working on and move on. They also have to have backup plans and have everything planned. So if you can't on Judgment, work on projects with specific deadlines, wait a few days before making a decision or an impression, gathering information and take into account all ideas that appear.

Accept the fact that projects and even if working styles differ, set your own deadlines. If you count on perception, understand that set deadlines are nothing sociable. refer to a bad decision you make in the past to show others the advantages of taking time to think before making a decision. work on projects in which the process is just as important as the result. Keep surprises to a minimum and cut down the majority of options. Good.

Now that we know what the sources of stressor and we learned some solutions for them. Let's move on to a little bonus. Even though we have different preferences each preference helps us in a certain way. Let's see how each type gives feedback. If you're an extrovert you speak with your coworkers. If you're an introvert, you think about what happened.

If you're as you describe the present behavior that provoked to be inefficient or the responsibilities that were ignored, you're concise if you're an you speak of the behavior in general, often your impressions and mentioned the results that could be reached your you present your interpretation of facts. If your tea you determine the logical result of your behavior, monster pro and con arguments, and if you're if you express your values and feelings, explain the why the situation is important. Your G, you determine the actions that need to be done to reach the retargeted result. If you're p, you accept arguments and ideas from others, in order to determine the next step to be made. Let's see how each type solves problems. If you count on sensing, you identify and clarify the problem who, what, when and where you get the 11th and specific data.

Use verifiable information to interpret the station. If you count on intuition, you get probable causes, you generate alternatives and interpret information. You'll notice models and patterns. If you count on logic, you have a practical evaluation of alternatives. You consider consequences and weigh gains and losses. If you count on feelings, you consider the effect on the organization's values and the personal impact.

You convince others of how well your solution work would work. You now know that each preference is a powerful tool for problem solving. If you have a diverse team, you will be able to use the advantages of each preference in order to solve problems and achieve success. Thank you
